The room was made to seem like it had been cleaned (cleaned out trash, new towels), that was about it.
How I know that:
- Strands of my hair which was left on the bed, were still there! Unmoved!
- Shower soap (Shower gel & Shampoo) that was "locked" the wall was not refilled when low or empty
- Also the device holding the shower gel and shampoo, was falling apart everywhere.
Hotel Location:
- Great, 10 - 15min walk from Asok BTS
Hotel Staff
- Special shout-out to the night shift staffs for being so attentive and so friendly to help with small requests (eg. Doors opening, requesting for utensils etc) always so helpful and kind. I love their energy for being there to assist any time.
Will I return? Maybe not so much, the reason why, because of the shower temperature is mostly burning how no matter how much you try to adjust to the cold water, if not it's too cold. There's no "just right" temperature.
- Despite what it says on the remote, the air con in our room had basically two settings - “Off” and “High”. As a light sleeper, this made it very difficult to sleep (not a problem for all but definitely worth mentioning).
- I wouldn’t recommend anyone waste their money on a room with a balcony, unless you only intend to use it for brief moments whilst smoke. Not only does the balcony face a brick wall only a few feet away, but it is also enclosed by two air conditioning unit exhaust pipes on either side.

Every room has broken lights and is dark and dim. The wallpaper was peeling, revealing a poorly finished, cheap and bad construction quality.
The master suite bathroom was small and cramped. The shower was a hose attached to the bathtub faucet with no dedicated separation between the shower and rest of the bathroom. Dare shower in there and you will end up with a bathroom absolutely full of water due to the overspray.
The other bedroom had a dedicated shower, which was completely broken. The showerhead bursted water out the sides of the showerhead, not allowing a proper shower. It also leaked into the room behind through the glass pane as that had not been sealed properly.
The maintenance at this hotel is non-existent. Almost everything in the room is completely broken, including light switches, aircon controls and the TV.
Most of the gym equipment is in OK condition, not great. Only a matter of time before it, too, goes downhill. The gym is also way too small and features light dumbbells only, and one cable machine which is in questionable condition, also.
For the cost of $230AUD via Agoda per night, I will not be returning. I have made my concerns known to the reception at the hotel but I do not expect it actioned upon as per usual in Thailand. Nothing gets fixed.
Some good cafes )eg; WWA, and a 7-11 pretty much next door.
This hotel seems to be popular with Thais and other travellers from the region, but seems to be off the radar of western farangs. Not sure why. It’s a sound choice if you are looking for a reasonably priced, comfortable and friendly bolt hole in this part of town.

I came with my sister and both of us had a great time. It is located at the centre of sukumvit and you have access to almost everything by foot. Terminal 21 is just 5 minutes walk from this property.
Thank you
Along the way to BTS there are a dozens of small but good massage places, where I got my massages daily.
Room is spacious and clean. Staffs were all sweet and helpful. Would stay again.
