Hordes of tourists flock to this area to tick quite a few must-see attractions off their to-do list, with the Grand Palace being the most spectacular of them all. Banglamphu is also home to Bangkok’s infamous tourist ghetto, centered around Khao San Road. Visit at night to feast on road-side pad thai, cheap beers and if you’re up for it, some dancing fueled by buckets of Thai whiskey.

We don't think that the food is nice. We had nicer food than this at food court at Terminal 21. We had difficulty coping with our thirsty throat after we had the food. We suspect MSG was inside the food. 3 of us kept looking...More

Food wasn't real Thai food. Portions were small. Typical tourist place. We've been to Thailand many times and I just felt like I was back in Europe eating bad Asian food. Not a lot of choices of authentic Thai dishes. Never again, not worth it....More

After a whole day of sightseeing we were really, really hungry and turns out there are almost no restaurants in the Great Palace area (or already crowded). It was a life saver. I can't say a bad thing about this restaurant.
