Compare to their rates, this hotel is a good value for money hotel. Specially if you will spend most of your time come to Bangkok just want to have outside activity. Location wise a little bit far from downtown, but close to public transport station.
GREAT HOTEL, great location, near the mall large department store. Great food and coffee at Indigo restaurant next to hotel lobby. Room is clean and wifi is good. value of money, Large room with comfy bed. We had a great stay there
I have been to this property several times, and this time I checked in on the 18th June 2019 to 23rd June 2019. Had an issue on the breakfast where they have messed up my reservation. And the way it was handled by the front office (reception) manageress was unbelievable and she is not fit for that post. Kindly make arrangements to take action against this individual who by force took my breakfast vouchers back in a very rood manner.
Nice clean new hotel, avoid the breakfast , full of screaming chinese package tours ,breakfast not with paying for, however from 11am they have a good stylish affordable restaurant with a diverse choice, big light and airy rooms, value for money
We stayed here on 21 and 24/Dec and really love it. The hotel is very lovely with good service. All staffs are friendly. Breakfast is OK. Location is also great Really commend. I will come back to this hotel for sure.
Great budget hotel. Not very far from the airports. The rooms arent luxurious obviously but they are completely comfortable, clean and extremely spacious. The food from Indigo restaurant downstairs is greattttttttt and good prices! We ordered room service everyday cause we loved it so much! Also live singing there on weekends, quite lovely. Front desk workers helped as much as they could but their english skills arent the best, that didnt stop them from being polite and friendly though! There's a 7-11 right next door, and family marts/atms right down the street. Really the only complaint i have about this place was the wifi. The connection on our floor kept cutting in and out and we had to call down to the front desk for someone to come reset the wifi frequently. If the wifi is sorted and maybe perhaps offer a few tour suggestions or pamphlets for guests id highly recommend this place.…
I am working with a Travel Company in Dubai selling package trips to Bangkok. Booked a quick trip to Bangkok (4N stay) for our belated wedding anniversary celebration. My husband and I were able to find this hotel through Expedia as a package for a reasonable price. Currently staying in room 2706 and checking out tomorrow. *PROS: - friendly and accomodating staff (both Reception & Indigo Restaurant - good breakfast buffet (enough variety of food to choose from) - clean hotel (Lobby, Restaurant & ofcourse, our room) - convenient stores & other dining places nearby (711 is right beside the building) - provides hotel business card with clear location map (when needed to show to taxi drivers if you go out) *CONS: - located in Lat Phrao 130 which is very far to the tourists sites - HEAVY traffic jam all around Lat Phrao area at all times (probably because of the on going road construction) - need to either take taxi or bus to go to nearest MRT Station (Lat Phrao station) Overall, our stay at this hotel is very nice & cozy. We are very satisfied with all the hotel staff specially the Duty Manager "Ms. Dintawan" who really helped us with our tour and other small requests.…
My bf booked us a short getaway to Bangkok for our anniversary. We’re finally chose this place for stay and never regret. What a lovely atmosphere here, ambience was so modern and great. There’s plenty of eating place and supermarket near the hotel. You can reach the pier by walking for just about 5 minutes. Boat will get you to a lot of destination, and of course no traffic. Looking for a bus station was also only 3 minutes from there. The hotel staffs were very friendly. We wouldn’t miss to give a credit for Bank (one of the breakfast staff) , awesome service and even made our breakfast valuable. Truly pleasure to stayed here, and will definitely comeback.
Pros: Good breakfast although lacks continental options the thai food options were good. Clean room Comfortable bed The food from the restaurant was good (had dinner with a couple of Singh beers) Cons: English linguistic and communication skills of the staff Noisy Chinese traveler groups Over crowded breakfast area (was almost empty during dinner time) Advisable for a transit stay
This hotel is in a busy and congested part of Bangkok. Traffic around the hotel is always at a standstill and the taxis take advantage of this fact to increase their fares by taking "alternative" routes or just waiting in the traffic, whilst their meters are running. The hotel itself is nice - just lots of very noisy and rowdy Chinese guests staying at the hotel always and they come and go at all hours of the day or night...making a lot of noise. Breakfast is more catered towards the Oriental palate and Chinese guests - so, dont expect to get eggs & bacon for breakfast. The breakfast room is also very noisy and the Chinese guests really make it difficult to enjoy a quiet and peaceful breakfast. The staff at the front desk is very helpful and friendly.
