Lovely hotel, friendly staff, and excellent facilities, in a great location. Stayed in a privilege room on the sixteenth floor, the room was very big with great views of the Bangkok skyline . The staff in the privilege lounge are very helpful, especially Don and Kwang. Although the food and drink in the lounge is quite limited, it’s very good quality, and always sufficient.
Mercure Hotel is lucky to have Mr. More and Mr. Adison as a concierge because they made our stay very pleasant. Had a good sense of humour especially to my girls, very polished, extremely knowledgeable as they went extra to map out for us few good restaurants, sightseeing spots and malls. Getting around the city wouldn’t be easier without their help. Plus, they speak good command of verbal english and malay (Mr. More).
The hotel was very nice and the breakfast was delicious. Nove was very helpful and the room service was very timely. I would stay here again on my next trip. The location is convenient and there is plenty to eat downstairs
I stayed at Mercure Sukhumvit 11 for 4D3N with my family. Overall, we had a good experience with the hospitality received. Breakfast was very good and there is a wide range of both Asian and Western Cuisine which varies each day. Location wise, do try and ask for a room that does not face Sukhumvit Soi 11 as it can be pretty noisy considering that there is an endless row of bars. There is a very reasonable and affordable massage place right opposite the hotel - Bann Phuan - very highly recommended. Nana BTS Station is just a 5 minute walk from the hotel and the hotel has its own complimentary tuk-tuk, so if you feel like you're too lazy to walk down, there is always a set of wheels. Also, a special shoutout to Top and his friendly team of colleagues mending the concierge. They are very efficient personnel, concierge manager and also tuk-tuk driver! Top and his team assisted us with our destination queries, provided us recommendations and were very helpful. However, housekeeping is rather stingy with the toiletries, i.e. dental kit, vanity kits etc. They do not top it up, rather you have to specifically request for it each time - quite a hassle. Will definitely return to Mercure Sukhumvit 11 on my next trip to Bangkok. …
Wonderful hotel in a perfect location in the heart of the city. Rooms are beautifully appointed. Huge choice of bars and restaurants to meet all tastes and budgets. The finest breakfast buffet I have experienced. Flawless service from checking in to out. Great gym and pool area.
The hotel was perfect for our family, and had a very helpful staff. Adison, in particular, was very helpful with local info and assisting with our bags while we explored the city. We would recommend this place for families traveling to Bangkok.
A great compliment to Mr. Adison, who helped me a lot in checking in, finding information for local service and so so. The service is great here, rooms are nice and I would like to come back several times.
The hotel is very nice . Its newly renovated.excellent location i have to say..lots of restaurants near by . yui at the reception was very helpful and all other staff was really nice Highly recommended
High recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Nice hotel and friendly staffs. Good location with a lots of food. I will be back here anytime i go to Bangkok. Thank you More and Top was helping me a lots when I stayed this hotel.
Worse services by Accor group ever. I have been loyal customer for 5-6 years but treated like I don't wanna mention. Of these group of staffs are around would not recommend to come. What's the point of being loyal to yoi. I'm not happy and will never recommend anyone. Sad it use to be my favourite place but so sad
