With its location on Sukhumvit road you you are near to all shopping areas and the sky train system BTS. This is a perfect cheap alternative in the heart of Bangkok. The rooms are clean and quiet. The rooms have air condition, TV, hot shower and refrigerator. There is a restaurant on the ground floor and the receptionist are working...

ok if you want something basic but for the price not good - needs to be cleaned up and made a little less tired - what can I say. Thankfully only for one night or I would have moved. Small tv bedding average, curtains and decor not good - needed a good lick of paint and a complete makeover -...

Nice place, cheap, quiet and very well located (excellent for those who want to avoid Bangkok s annoying taxis and walk) If you want to go to the ultra tourist center you have to take taxi (always ask for the METER, if he doesnt want aask an other taxi, there are thousands in BKK) for 125 baht without high speed...

Everybody wants the "bad news" first (me included). It's the very reason I read hotel reviews. What do I need to look out for? always comes to mind. But seriously, I'm finding it hard to pick a fault with this place. I've stayed in this area/street quite a few times (at the Grand Mercure). I decided because I was only...

Its a wonderful low priced hotel. Rooms are not big neither too small for a couple. Its on the street so you get a beautiful view from there. USP's: > Small hotel: since its not a big hotel, it has less rooms so the rooms are well managed with proper ventilation > Location: its located in Soi 16 which is...

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
