The only good thing about this hotel was Mr Tom the taxi driver, he goes the extra mile for you. The hotel however was one to forget. The beds were as hard as a rock, impossible to sleep on. We had to gather all the pillows in the to sleep on, to create a mattress we could actually sleep on....

I've been there for 3 nights and the only things I didn't like was the fact that the guy which is carried my baggage from lobby to my room was asking for tip without waiting for me to offer him something. Another thing was the fact I was needed to give a call to a company which was taking care...

Staff were rude. Rooms were ok butgrubby. We were so far away from everywhere so was a mission to get anywhere. The bell boy helped us with our bags but then held his hand out and wouldn't leave until we tipped him and it was beyond rude. Breakfast was the west I'd ever seen. We ate the fruit only. Sorry...

I stayed for 3 weeks, staff were friendly, unfortunately not many could speak or understand English, very difficult to communicate with concierge and bellboys, so I had to arrange my own transport and tours. The taxi that is available at the hotel, drivers name is Tom, is the best driver I've experienced, very friendly and easy to understand. I used...

Hotel looks nice from the outside and the reception area is decent but the rooms are awful. The bathroom was a tub that was converted into a shower. Deco was dated. But the worst was the noise comming from either the air-conditioning duct or outside factory. It was a constant noise that kept us awake the whole night. Breakfast was...

I was so excited to be visiting Thailand for the first time and we were stopping over in Bangkok for three nights before travelling on to the coast. The hotel was extremely basic, staff only interested if they were going to make something out of you and the overall impression was just grubby. All these other negative reviews are pretty...
