My husband and I stayed a total of 7 nights at the Baan Pra Nond B&B. It was wonderful. I highly recommend it. It was very clean, wonderful breakfast, comfy beds and linens, great water pressure in the shower, excellent service and the owners made you feel at home. The B&B is located close to the BTS and a 10...

We loved this B&B. Don't be put off by the location; it's a 10 min walk to Surasak MRT station and 10 min the other way to the ferries. We weren't bothered by any outside noise and the B&B provides earplugs for the light sleepers. The continental breakfast was so great (sausagem eggs, 2 thick slices of freshly baked bread,...

We had a great stay in bangkok, much of which was made easier by the really helpful staff at baan pra nond. Beautifully decorated, lovely rooms, good breakfast. But it was the attentive service and helpful attitude that really made the difference. The staff took the time to explain how the sky train worked, to make good day trip recommendations...

Not much to do by walking distance... Half hour by boat to get to the grand palace. By walking distance there isn't much. I have to go back to bangkok for a few days, I am sure I will find the same but better located. And I hated the fact that office close at five!!!!

This hotel is located near two very busy roads, but the positives outweigh this. The sky train is within a 5 minute walk and this makes it an ideal base. The staff are very friendly and attentive. I had the best breakfast here during my 2 week stay in Thailand. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the overall character of...

This B&B is a gem. We took the complimentary shuttle and on arrival were treated to chilled towels and a cool drink. We were aware that noise might be a problem and while you can hear the traffic noise it's not that much of an issue especially with ear plugs provided. I'm a light sleeper and I was very comfortable...

After spending months putting together our trip to Thailand and searching hundreds of lodging options we finally decided to book our Bangkok portion of our trip with Baan Pra Nond and were glad we did! We were greeted with smiles, cold towels and thai iced tea which was definitely appreciated after trekking through Bangkok from the airport in the hot...

Loved it. You get a complimentary shuttle from the airport and then a cool towel and iced tea upon arrival. The woman who looked after us spoke excellent English. The rooms are in great condition, as are the common area. They have a small pool in nice back garden. It's five minutes walk to the Skytrain. Huge bed. They also...

I would definitely stay at Baan Pra Nond again. I couldn't hear traffic at all from my room and when in the common areas it didn't bother me, anyway the good things about Baan Pra Nond more than make up for it... Friendly & warm service that feels very genuine and chilled-out, really comfortable bed and the nicest shower I've...

This was a perfect place to explore Bangkok from. It's a ten minute walk to the pier and a five minute walk to the skytrain. I was given great information about things to do and places to eat. There was a free ride from the airport waiting for me when I arrived. The rooms are cute and very comfortable, great...

Staying in Sathorn

Neighbourhood Profile
Sathorn is Bangkok’s central business district, but here you’ll find much more than international banks and suited-up office workers. Take a stroll along the small alleys between the skyscrapers and you’ll find yourself among Bangkokians living life at a much slower pace. Feast on fantastic Thai food which you can find in the town-house restaurants, office food courts and sidewalk food stalls spread all over the area, especially around St. Louis Hospital. A visit to Sathorn is not complete without a drink at one of the glitzy sky bars perched atop its skyscrapers.
