Room looks nothing like photo, had to change twice. Staff totally not caring- always on phone or chatting to each other. Given incorrect information regarding restaurant opening hours by reception. Taxi ordered thru property for airport very late, had to call twice - nobody seems to care at all? Bad management, inattentive staff who it seems, everything is to much...

We stayed in one of the more expensive rooms at about £20 per night. It was worth it for the en-suite toilet/shower. Cheaper rooms are available with shared facilities. The room was nice and clean, it had an electronic safe, air conditioning, adaptors for UK electrical equipment and good wifi. Located in a great part of Bangkok near to Khao...

this hotel was super cute and the food was delicious (open 24 hours as well which came in handy when arriving at 2am) a little more expensive then I would have liked)! Rooms were decent, hotel workers were nice! Unfortunately though I got bed bug bites! My boyfriend was fine but I had a million bites on my legs! Beware...

On arrival the hotel was lovely, unfortunately my partner and I lost our luggage and the reception in the hotel was really helpful to try and retrieve this for us from the airport. The room pictures on trip advisor do not show this hotel for what it is. It is VERY basic, there is no lift and a lot of...

The location is undoubtly good, and the accomodation and bathroom are OK. However, for the price we paid, I wouldn't recomend the place as there were cheaper places around with same level or even better. The service and crew attention were terrible, people there were never sympatic nor helpful.

We booked one night here for when we landed in Bangkok. It cost around 300 bhat in a meter taxi. Normally we would take the bus to Khosan road but it had been a long night. We had a superior room as it was all they had left. It didn't look much but it was clean and comfortable. The bathroom...

No smile, wrong order received, breakfast not cooked, poor quality orange juice and poor coffee. You may walk past and think it's busy and must be good, keep walking by and get your breakfast at geko bar, Burger King, anywhere else

Rooms clean but basic. Bathroom overlooks street with no windows just a shower curtain. Manageable for 1 night. Close to Koh San road which is in walking distance. Beware of over priced tourist trips in the hotel avoid where possible.

Staying in Banglamphu

Neighbourhood Profile
Banglamphu
While you’ll see skyscrapers in most parts of Bangkok, it’s the gilded roofs of ancient pagodas that adorn the skyline of Banglamphu, the city’s historical and most touristic district. Hordes of tourists flock to this area to tick quite a few must-see attractions off their to-do list, with the Grand Palace being the most spectacular of them all. Banglamphu is also home to Bangkok’s infamous tourist ghetto, centered around Khao San Road. Visit at night to feast on road-side pad thai, cheap beers and if you’re up for it, some dancing fueled by buckets of Thai whiskey.
