This hotel is good for value, the location is fairly close to the metro station and is centrally located. Rooms are large and suitable for families travelling with children. Staff were friendly and nice. What I didn't like too much was that the hotel is little dated, the lobby looks worn out and the room service menu is very poor...

Stayed here for the first time, as booked by local client. Excellent huge room with great views from L37. Close to Sukhumvit street which has plenty of restaurants and shops/malls close by. The breakfast included with docket and reasonable choice etc. We had dinner on L25 called Long-table and sitting outside around 7pm was a magnificent view of city and...

Located about 5 mins (walking) from the Asok (BRT) and Sukhumvit (MRT) stations, and a minute away from the bustling main road, Column is a great place to stay. The breakfast and food at "Long Table" too is commendable, with views to die for, without pinching your pockets. The rooms are very very spacious and have all the amenities one...

I usually stay at another hotel further into sukhumvit soi 16, but Column Bangkok's closer location to the BTS skytrain is an advantage when walking in hot temperatures. Also the rooms are either studios or 1 or 2 bedroom suites with full kitchen with washer and dryer. Bathrooms have separate shower and bathtub. Although I didn't dine there, the Longbar,...

Column Tower,is well known in Bangkok for Longtable the supercool, hip place for drinks and dinner which became famous a few years ago,as trendy venue in which to spend a few hours nighttime. The fact that soi 16 is not on the busy sukhumvit road is a bonus. The building is also hotel with a selection of large studio and 1/2...

Rooms are like suites with kitchenettes and laundry facilities - so good for a short or longer term stay. Hotel also across the street from great park/reservoir to go for morning or evening walk/jog. States at Column Bangkok with my 2-year old kid. Very spacious and clean and very nice Bangkok city view! Excellent reception service and room service. I like the pantry very much as I needed to wash baby bottle. The breakfast included is also wonderful! I must stay at Column Bangkok again next time I come to Bangkok!

Near a mini market and also a food court, so it's very good. The studio room is big, with sofa, a full functioning kitchen, a big bathroom with bath tub and good shower, and complete amenities, everything you need. The pool is on 25th floor, and they have a very good spa.

The location is very good very close to the Train station (10mins walk) and a shopping mall. The view from the room if you are on a high floor is amazing. There is a 24 hours eatery (cheap eats) and convenient store next to the hotel. A few good massage places close by. The hotel is within walking distant to one...

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
