the hotel is not bad at the price. rooms are spacious and there are some quite good tv channels. the gym needs some tlc. the pictures are pretty precise on the internet just add a couple of years of wear and tear. the window between the bedroom and the bathroom which seems like a funky idea, is ruined by semi...

Situated in Sukhumvit area at the end of a slightly dinghy, lady-boy lined alley, Boss Suites welcomes you with a rather grand reception/restaurant/pool area. It's all down the hill from then on. The room was spacious, but walls were paper thin and we could hear most of the conversation in the room next door (mercifully, our neighbours slept through nights...

We stayed in this hotel for a week, it was really nice - the room was clean, quiet and enough large. I was surprised for the very tasty breakfast - every morning there was offered a bit different food. Also the employees were really friendly and helpful - we had a problem with a one day tour from one agency...

Stayed at Boss Suites in Feb 2013....3 days at first then back for 1 more night. I wanted a place close but not too close to Nana Plaza, travelling alone but not wanting to spend nights alone.... Location was just about perfect...about 10 min walk or few min tuk tuk down Soi 4 from the craziness that is Nana. Place...

Location is not THAT close to Nana Plaza. The map is not accurate, so best if you look again for Soi 4 and about 10 minute walk (and we walk fast) from Sukhumvit Road. Glad it was only one night. The hotel is rated "4 star" but I seriously doubt that. I also chose another "4 star" hotel after staying...

Hotel is named Boss Suites but we had a normal room. Not a suite but a comfortable clean newish room. The Tuk Tuk to Sukhumvit was helpful but would be better if they could pick up on the return to the hotel. The hotel sits down a side street (on the right) and can easily be missed by a first...

I spent 10 days here, and I was extremely pleased. The room was comfortable, large, and clean. Check in was quick, and the staff very helpful. Housekeeping was very responsive and timely. The breakast buffet was typical for Bangkok hotels, but very good. The spa located on upper level next to the dining room, was very good. My Thai friend...

I've just re-read other reviews on this site and am wondering if I'm a bit fussy or have Bangkok-shock..but I've just spent a 2 months in Laos and China and this hotel ranks as the most expensive and dirtiest we've stayed in - we thought we were treating ourselves. I believed that at the price we paid through agoda the...

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
