We loved staying here! There are so many small amenities in the room that makes it very comfortable. The breakfast is great, the pool is great, the staff is great! They have DVD players in the room and DVDs for you to borrow. The location is perfect, in a posh neighborhood with everything you need in walking distance. We always...

I have stayed in this boutique hotel more than 3 times over my trips to Bangkok from Dec 2014 to Feb 2015. By chance, I noted and have had many super experiences with this chic hotel. I would have to say that I love it! The hotel is not facing on the Main Street, obviously it seems not easy to...

Thonglor has become a very trendy suburb in the Sukhumvit area and this hotel offers easy access to all the bars and restaurants nearby. Unlike the lower Soi areas, Thonglor is heavily geared towards a more affluent market, especially Japanese visitors. About the hotel, a mentioned by others, located down Thonglor Soi 1, 150m from the main road, 350m from...

We spent a few days in this boutique hotel in Bangkok's Thonglor area. Although it's only a few meters away from the busy Sukumvir Road, it is quiet and relaxed. The hotel has a little pool for instant refreshment, a small fitness room, a nice little restaurant where tasty and decently priced food is served all day and a variety...

Overall it says in the title of the review. However, the rooms are a little bit small, once an extra bed added into the room, you literally have not got much room to move about. Wifi not so great, keeps dropping. Fantastic location, quite & cozy tugged in an alley. Quite near to one of the main train station which...

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and we found it to be very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was also very good and it is only a couple of minutes walk from BTS Thonglor. If that is still to far to walk, they offer a free Tuktuk service to the BTS station. The only...

Staying in Thong Lor & Ekamai

Neighbourhood Profile
Thong Lor & Ekamai
Known as Bangkok’s hippest neighbourhood, Thong Lor and Ekamai is where the city's well-dressed and well-heeled spend their nights sipping cocktails in hidden speakeasies and posh restaurants. Live it up in one of Thong Lor's extravagant clubs and be prepared to brush shoulders with a Thai celebrity or two. While great for a night out, the area is nothing short of interesting during the daytime, either. Expect a mix of savvy coffee shops, pop-up bars and loads of vintage stores, brought to you by hip locals with eyes for design.
