Yes towels are provided. The hotel is clean and good value for money. The restaurant below the hotel also serves good food and I often ate there. Breakfast, which I did not have, is on the first floor. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful.
My only negative of the hotel is that there is a traffic noise I guess 20 hours a day.
