The hotel is clean and has friendly staff. AC is working, water will be refilled daily with the room service. The locations is not ideal being far from good food and other amenities but close to the skytrain.

This place is exactly what I thought it would be and more! Pros: 1) staff - extremely nice and helpful! They showed us how to get to the tourist attractions by ourselves (when you arrive they give you a map and a card to help you get around), helped us get to and from the airport (we had them drive...

We stayed here for three nights. The staff speaks good English and provided an excellent service. The location is great, it's mainly locals around with lots of small restaurants, a meal costs around 1€. Transportation is great, you can go by taxi (only ride on taxameter) or if you want to travel during rush hours, you have the sky train...

Bangkok Loft In is a good option for travelers who visits the city for 1-3 nights. The rooms are clean and a BTS Skytrain station is 5-10 minutes walking. Kao San road is also reachable for 200 Bath using taxi. Wifi is for free but did not worked very well in our room. Nighttimes it's a little bit loud if...

The breakfast was excellent here. Front-desk service was exceptional as pretty much everyone spoke good to excellent English. The only downside here is that the room was very small, like in Japan style small. Also, there was one designated place to store your luggage (on top of the refrigerator. If you are a single traveler no problem. But for couples,...

Free airport pickup was convenient after long flight. Welcome drink on arrival. Comfortable and clean room. Asian breakfast was good. Good transport links into the centre as is a little way out (probably a good thing). Friendly staff, gave helpful advice and got us a taxi for our onward journey. Would recommend.

Just a heads up to everyone looking at the hotel. I booked a room for four nights and received an email about how to get my OWN transportation from the airport to the hotel. After emailing them with my concerns because they advertise on Tripadvisor a free airport shuttle.. and reading comments mentioning the airport shuttle I emailed them. They...
