Stayed here in June 2015. Room was very large and equipped with all kitchenette. Bathroom came with bathtub and separated shower room. Stayed in room 606 which the view from this room was nice, fitness and rooftop were just walk up a floor away. The location was also very convenience with all the local shops around. Metro was just 15...

While this wasn't the nicest place we stayed at in Thailand, it was the largest. It is a large, apartment with a kitchen and separate living room. The bathroom was very big, as well as the closet/storage area. The beds were super comfortable but a little annoying because they moved whenever you moved. The wheels were not locked. It could...

Nice place and friendly staff. The location is good too. There are plenty of public transport options to the BTS. Big spacious rooms. The free upgrade was a nice addition. Pool on the roof. The treadmill was broken but I had no intention of using that anyway. Wifi isn't the fastest but again, that's only a small thing. No complaints...

The hotel is okayish, the rooms are nice, but the finishing has not been taken through and some things are a bit worn out. We chose the hotel because it has a pool and looked pretty ok, but unfortunately the pool was so dirty that we couldn't let our 4 year old daughter swim in it before they cleaned it...

Excellent price value ratio. Friendly and helpful staff. We will go back! Location is very central, while teh street is very typical of Bangkok "village". Street restaurants, small shops, small restaurants with local food and for locals; We rent a condo, but full appartments are available for a little more. we were offered an upgrade when we checked in. This...

The hotel is cheap so don't expect too much. The nice thing is having a swimming pool on the roof for night swimming after a bussy hot day. Location is not brilliant. No nice places to eat but there is a 7eleven and a free tuktuk to BTS- ask at the reception. We put some bisquits in the kitchent cupboard...

Defiantly this place is worth to stay! Very comfortable bed to sleep ( best we've experienced trough our Thailand trip). We have been there only 3 nights. The only one thing what annoys : smelly bad room, seems the haven't been using this room for a while.

Upon arrival we were kindly greeted to an upgrade. Shortly after arriving in our room, my wife went to use the shower and the handle broke off in her hand. When the porter came to fix it we noticed the water had one temperature, scolding hot! They moved us across the hall to another room and befor the porter left...

I have been to Bangkok several times in the last few years, and this is definitely a place that I will visit again. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the price was reasonable and the hotel had everything we needed. We selected the 1 Bedroom Apartment with an extra bed for our teenager. Self Catering is something we prefer, giving...

Staying in Sathorn

Neighbourhood Profile
Sathorn
Sathorn is Bangkok’s central business district, but here you’ll find much more than international banks and suited-up office workers. Take a stroll along the small alleys between the skyscrapers and you’ll find yourself among Bangkokians living life at a much slower pace. Feast on fantastic Thai food which you can find in the town-house restaurants, office food courts and sidewalk food stalls spread all over the area, especially around St. Louis Hospital. A visit to Sathorn is not complete without a drink at one of the glitzy sky bars perched atop its skyscrapers.
