Old hotel, smells bad, bad air con, uncomfortable beds, expensive and not free internet. no restaurant, no room service, only some simple breakfast which usually includes in the price.Breakfast is , Toast,Egg, coffee, tea and some plastic so called sausage, but for 1100THB a night you get what you pay for, but you also get a small kitchen, so you can... Well, didn't know what to expect really but we were satisfied, in one word. I mean, the first sight- an older building, dated and funny smelling room, basic breakfast, low light, noisy aircon, doubtful cleanliness.. but on the other hand-smiley friendly staff, fast elevators, nice breakfast, a rooftop pool, good working aircon, always hot water, very good positioned (not excellent... The hotel is for sure outdated, the breakfast terrible and the cleaning is below expectations. A lot of dust in the room, no toilet paper, black mold i the bathroom and shower. I definitely don't recommend it. Only good this is the location; in a quiet alley but still close to the busy areas. My advice is; don't only stay... More

I personally had a very bad experience in this property and I definitely don't recommend it !! The accomodation is small, not well maintained and in most cases dirty (tables, drawers, floors). Breakfast is really basic, no veg option at all. The biggest letdown was the service and the staff which was rude and not helpful, most of the time... More

Located in a quiet alley where there isn't any restaurants around and need to walk 5 - 10 mins to nearby convenience shops and restaurants. Close to Terminal 21 shopping mall and Robinson department store. Tidy and dated room with basic facilities which hair dryer and... More

Maybe this was a great hotel back in the days. The rooms are clean, neat, but old fashioned. The complimentary breakfast can be skipped easily. They have a nice pool and gym at the roof, with a sauna. Good for people on a budget that want to me close to the action area on Sukhumvit.

The hotel has the unique availability of a swimming pool, which is although old but as the hotel room comes at a reasonable price so it is an added advantage, the breakfast is average and stereotype, rooms are also average and it seems to be mainly a japanese hotel

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
