Very nice modern style hotel with spacious bedroom! Very comfortable stay! High ceiling rooms. Only thing water drips down the bath tub after a shower. But it's a minor fault to me. The location is fantastic, surrounded by many restaurants (I noticed lots of Japanese restaurants) and massage places.

We got a great deal for this place, its 4-5 star standard but price more like 3 star price... its right on the corner of Sukhumvit road and can go everywhere easily by skytrain from here. Also inside the road where the hotel is location (Soi 31) have some nice cafes, restaurants and spas.

I have stayed in S31 a couple of times. It was great when it opened in 2010 but now it became an average Mid-Range hotel compared to what you can find nearby for the similar price range. The Junior Suite with a duplex design was huge, the King Size bed was enormous and comfortable. The bathroom was relatively small and...

This hotel is very handy part of Sukhumvit. Easy walk to a few restaurants and the emporium. The hotel has a good buffet breakfast and generally the coffee is pretty good. Best rooms for value are the split level rooms and the pool is pretty good. Haven't used the restaurant. Gym is great and a steam room in the bathrooms.

The hotel is very conveniently located in Sukumvit. There is nothing to complain about the room apart from the noise the air conditioner makes as usual in any hotel. The TV is not conveniently placed. Breakfast room is rather dull with no windows or natural light coming to it. I do not know why they are not using the other...

I have stayed here many times over the years. When it opened it was great and it is still good but getting a little worn, Nothing really bad, just a little wear and tear, The water from the shower leaks out into the bathroom and under the toilet. This is a bit annoying. The staff is still great, especially the...

I stayed here for a few nights either side of a trip to Ko Tao. Lovely hotel, big rooms, very attentive and helpful staff. Good and plentiful breakfast, great location close to both metro and sky train. Most importantly, the most comfortable bed I have EVER slept in. Only two quibbles: on my first stay (duplex suite) the bathroom was...

My favorable hotel . It is near to Phrong Phong MRT Station. My requests are always taken care promptly by the staff. Room is big but I don't like the duplex. There is a door that leads to a black corridor in the duplex. Swimming pool is very small. No complaint.

The hotel room was large and featured a spiral staircase up to the kitchenette and bedroom. Well appointed and good prefer condition. The airco was a little noisy. Restaurant, for breakfast, was good with a wide range of cuisines served. Attentive staff. Hotel is five minutes walk from two BTS stations. Asok the further of the two with its large...

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
