I stayed 4 nights with my kids and family. Pros: Location wise is perfect with the BTS just around the corner and a 7-11 and massage parlour just opposite the road. Breakfast was OK, the chef does make nice pancakes. Cons: Their backup chef was really terrible, one morning they didnt have their original chef, the backup chef couldnt even...

The B&B is in a unassuming building near Phrom Pong BTS. The room we had was of decent size and was quite comfortable for this price. The beds were soft but nice. Internet was a bit slow but was available in the rooms. The staff was quite friendly. It's a good option if you want to be in the middle...

Our family stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. We booked 2 rooms via Agoda: a cheaper one (deluxe) and a more expensive one (executive). The difference was only in the size of the room. Everything else was totally the same. We experienced no problems checking in. On the ground floor there is a reception and small Italian cafe, where...

Good location, just 50m from Phrom Pong BTS station. But build in a renovated building. Although the rooms are reasonable good (but a bit small) the bed was too soft for my taste and the airo was not working the way it should be (set to 21 while I normally would have a airco at 26 and it was still...

The hotel is located steps away from Phrom Pong BTS exit 2. Turn left at the exit and walk towards Naraya. Turn right and it's right in front of you. For the price I paid, the location is excellent, compared to Hilton hotel further down the soi 24. The room I was assigned 504 has a window that faces a side...

Found this place out of the blue because of its convenient location near the BTS exit. The rooms are large and clean, and relatively quiet. Compared to other budget hotels I've stayed in Bangkok, this hotel probably offers the best combination of location, cleaniness, size, security and service. Actually, the rooms are comparable with those of most hotel chains. The...

The hotel is clean, there is a full tea/coffee making facilities. All the rooms are alarmed (if you open more than 5mins, they alarm will alert the lobby) very safe!, the...

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
