A beautiful old mansion across the river accessed by the hotel's private boat. The hotel gave us a mobile phone to call them when we wanted the boat to return to the hotel. 24 hour boat service. Staff were very attentive, responding quickly to any requests and preempting many things such as offering a takeaway breakfast when we had an...

Praya Palazzo is a beautiful homely hotel with friendly staff. The food is exquisite and service is fast. The access to the hotel is thrilling as one has to take a boat ride to cross the wide Praya river to the hotel. It's good for those who value their peace and quiet. This shouldn't discourage those who want to experience...

This hotel is providing an outstanding level of service, you can not believe your in the heart of the "never sleeping Bangkok". The access is already part of the "experience" : you call the hotel from the river side, and an old style wood made boat is coming to grab you, at this minute you are leaving the crowded street...

I was really hoping to be able to write a glowing review because the staff are really great. But unfortunately there was just to many things that let the place down for me to be able to do so. This could be a truly wonderful hotel if they would just spruce it up a bit. All the good things the...

We stayed at this hotel in July last year. We arrived in Bangkok late at night and asked a taxi driver to take us to our hotel. Our instructions were to call the hotel when we arrived, which the driver did for us. We were, however, more than a little worried when he dropped us off next to Pier 13...

Praya Palazzo is a lovely historical place to run away from chaotic and exciting Bangkok at the end of your day. The place is very orginal, the swimming pool amazing, the boat service exciting and the staff very helpful. If you come to Bangkok to party, I'm not sure it's the best place as you will always need to get...

This hotel could be stunning, and I implore management to invest some money into it. It looks slightly majestic, and is situated perfectly in Bangkok. A bit of paint, upgrade rooms and some decent sunbeds and bar around pool area and you'll have a winner. Staff and boat service were lovely and friendly.

This is located on the western river bank opposing the rumbuttri/khao san area. A private boat lets you cross the river at all times. The hotel rooms and other interior is old but in a good way, like a traditional European Hotel. I want to call it "aged" instead of old. Spending time on the hotel premises offers a nice...

The only way to get to it is by launch - they give you a phone and you can call them 24/7 and within minutes they are whisking you across the Praya river in an old teak party boat. When you arrive, utter calm and beauty. Great service, kind people, lovely pool. The only thing I would change is, put...
