I have stayed a this hotel at least three times. It is a good place to stay. Far from luxurious but very convenient. Lots of street food nearby. Great and super affordable noodle house within a block: I traveled with 8 family members and the cost of dinner for all averaged US$20 in total, including soft beverages (US$2.50 per person)....

The best part of this hotel is that it is clean, cheap, and in a neighborhood close to Chatuchat weekend market. You can certainly find nicer, more expensive hotels in Bangkok. We went here with a large group and it definitely fit the bill. Free wifi was good. Service was okay, again it's about the price/value and understanding that you...

Okay, this is not a 5 star hotel, not even a 4 star in terms of amenities and "posh-ness". That said, the room was clean. The beds weren't terrible, they're just very firm. (they felt pretty good after 24 hours of travel!) The bathroom was good. We were there for one night, as we had an early bus the next...

Myself and partner booked a room here during our trip to Thailand we were spending a few days visiting a friend who lived nearby. On arrival we were asked to pay upfront for the 3 night stay which I thought was strange however it was late and just wanting to get to the room I stupidly paid for the room...

First the positives - large comfortable room, good air-con, free drinking water. The negatives - shower with curtain, always floods bathroom floor. Exposed ceiling bulbs throughout hotel creates a spartan feel. Not nice. No table lamps or desk lamp in bedroom. Kettle in room doesn't boil. Low quality toiletries. No tea bags in room, no sugar in room. One pillow...

The hotel have no kettle for hot water and the reception staffs (2 girls) were too busy chatting and ignored guests request. Air conditioning not working properly and bell boys or men were also not helpful with luggage handling. TV not working and no complimentary water provided. Will not come back to this hotel again.

The Karnmanee Palace Hotel is not modern, but it has been refurbished in recent years. The rooms are much bigger than comparable hotels, the breakfast buffet is excellent, generous and hot, the swimming pool area is perfectly nice and the cost per room is only 1200 baht. It is close to the Skytrain (BTS) and the staff are helpful.
