Hotel offers lots of free gym classes throughout a week. We enjoy a lot! We like saunas, too. And every staffs of gym and lobby are amazing. They are friendly and polite. Best pet friendly hotel in Bangkok.Thank you so much😊
Not only does this hotel have a fabulous location with chic and contemporary interiors, but the service standards are 7 star, the restaurants award worthy and the staff beyond committed to making each guest feel super special. The fact that the hotel is pet friendly is a huge plus as it gives you such a warm and fuzzy feeling when you see guests with their adorable pets in the lobby. Take a bow Patrick Both, a General Manager who understands hospitality better than most I have met.
Tempted by the reviews and having visited all other 5* properties in the neighborhood we threw the dice and changed our booking last minute from the Waldorf to the Kimpton. We more or less anticipated a young more hip version of the Sindhorn Kempinsky ( which is rather awesome in itself) and that was exactly it. A terribly busy check in almost tainted the beginning of the Kimpton experience. The lobby is just way too busy with youth hanging around in the Craft restaurant/bar. the waiting seats are terrible. Just bring us to our room and deal with the formalities there, just like the Sindhorn please! Luckily the experience went up from there. Great rooms, fantastic staff, in fact an abundance of staff for your every needs. An amazing hotel gym, super comfy rooms and the breakfast is absolutely stellar. House keeping, drycleaning all 5 stars from there. The last day the surface got scratched though. Orders didn't arrive after 45mn at the Craft rest. Unbearable drilling noises from the pool ( they did warn us for some nuisance, but concrete drilling that penetrates floor after floor is a whole other thing, especially if you don't offer a compensation in any form ) Key cards that stopped working. And last but not least I left my hat at reception upon checkout, until now I havent heard from them. And exactly that missing personal touch is the one reason I can't award the full 5*. The place is just not personal enough. It a factory that caters a customised luxury experience for the young. It misses the sophistication of a Four Seasons or a Waldorf. Senior clientele would definitely feel out of place here. Having said that, I will for sure come back and genuinely recommend it. The Sindhorn village ( the immediate area and garden around the Kimpton and Sindhorn ) is an oasis, the beds are divine and the breakfast and gym top notch. All these bases are covered with a 10.…
one of the best 5 star urban retreats in Asia. i cannot fault this amazing property - the staff, the size of the rooms, the food ( out of this world) and the amazing Shane who has made our stay faulous with his generostiy and big personality. i highly recommend staying here at least once in your travels to Bangkok. my new home away from home..see you nect time Kimpton :)
Check-in: We arrived at the hotel during peak time of people checking out on Christmas Day. Despite being chaotic in the lobby, we were assisted quickly. Our room was not ready since we arrived early on the 25th of December, so we had lunch at a nearby restaurant in Sindhorn Village. Staff were gracious and ensured our luggage were in the room when we returned to get our key cards. Room: Despite the high occupancy rate, we were definitely pleased that our stay was upgraded to a suite. It was spacious with a living room. Amenities are luxurious like the Dyson hairdryer and HARNN amenities. There was also an abundance of free water ready at our disposal in both the living room and bathroom. Bed was comfortable and my pre-arrival request for extra pillows were already in the room. Lobby and Surrounding areas: the lobby is gorgeous and spacious with a place to dine for coffee that transforms into a bar at night. The surrounding areas connect to another hotel, a Kempinski hotel, and this is where it feels like you’re in an oasis from the chaos of Bangkok city life. I love that you’re able to walk around and enjoy a lot of greeneries, certainly some peace and quiet while still being in the center. Location: it’s located in the upscale neighborhood of Sindhorn. Both Central World and Central Embassy are less than a mile of walk. They offer hourly shuttle that drops you off close to Central World. Breakfast: Their breakfast at Stock.Yard is fantastic. On the days we were there, there were subtle changes on their buffet spread. So while you have the usual pastries, eggs, and proteins during breakfast, there are some modifications daily so you won’t tire of their offering. They have barista drinks and can make all sorts of coffee you want. Their healthy and green options is housed like a walk-in cabinet where you can make your own salad and a wide array of fruits. Service: Service everywhere is effective, efficient, without being intrusive. Staff are gracious and always ready to help despite the influx of crowd during the holiday season. Other things: rooftop bar offers excellent views of Bangkok skyline when you’re seated outside. Happy hour is from 5-6pm by the pool area where you can relax and chill. Also, pool is temp-controlled so no icy shock when you take a dip.…

Hello Kimpton family My friend and I live in different countries, so we celebrate birthdays every January by taking turns meeting each other's countries. I decided to spent this year at a Bangkok Kimton Maa-Lai and checked-in with high expectation. When we checked in our room we were so impressed for hotel service. The card written in Korean and cake was so surprised. But there were few problems in our room and my expectation turned to disappointment. But Mr. Loic's quick and kind response made me feel better right away. Even late night, because of our request he visit our room directly with his wonderful smile and check my request in detail. I was so impressed by his kind response. I feel thank so much to mr. Loic. Also thanks to a staff who was with mr. Loic in night shift(21:00pm Jan12). He offer to change our room for our comfortable sleep in very kind tone. And a concierge guy who speaks korean very well and help me and my friend to move comfortable and enjoyable. Finally, thanks to Charlotte at the front desk. I asked her mr.Loic's name, she kindly answered.(and give us ice 555) Thanks to Kimton Maa-Lai family staffs I mentioned. The honour was all mine. :) !!…
