This is a very beautiful hotel. The building as well as the furniture are very nice and attractive. The staff are great people and supportive. The breakfast was good enough although not very impressive. The door of room's balcony cannot be opened (It has been locked). Unfortunately, I had sewage smell from drain in my bathroom. To sum up, I recommend this hotel.

For the price on booking.com we couldn’t fault it. Comfortable bed, really great shower. Mini bar in room with reasonable prices. Buffet breakfast really good too. Free shuttle to Terminal 21, staff friendly and really helpful. Loved it so much we’ve booked again to stay when back in Bangkok after the south islands. P.s we didn’t use the pool (no time) but pictures looked good.

I am pleased to give this review. My stay in this hotel and in BKK at all was good thanks to Yothin (YO). She been very helpful and supportive, otherwise my stay will not be so nice, she been handling requests even out of her scope. I been in BKK for medical checkup and treatment, been busy at hospital procedures etc, and her support was really helpful during my stay, she act as my personal helper... Hotel is quite nice, location is very good, the room I stayed has refrigrator, kitchen, mircorwave etc, which is very helpful as you can manage your life like as at home. All hotel services worth its price. Breakfast is quite good, also hotel has good kitchen and I tried one time their lunch, it was cooked very nice, overcome my expectations.

I was alone, but it gave me a tremendous benefit. Even though I arrived early, they checked in and the condition of the room was very good. And the staff are very kind. by YO & Jenny. Best experience in Bangkok. Staff was lovely and very helpful. The location is very good and a lot restaurants around. The subway is not too far away, walking distance. A special thank you to Seven, Pleng and Jenny who really help me during the this trip 🙏. Will definitely come back

The stay was just great, lovely location-with good accessibility to restaurants and terminal 21 asok mall. Jenny, Geven and Plang - The staff at the front desk were amazing, always greeting with a smile and any requests were duly attended to and very cooperative. The stay was comfortable and clean, we had breakfast included with the package and the best was the menu, having multiple options including thai breakfast option. They have a really good rooftop pool, have amenities like sauna and also kids play area. Definitely worth at a stay at this place.

Great service from the moment I walked in. Plang, Seven & Jenny on reception are all super friendly and professional...hotel is in a really good location with nice rooms and chilled out pool area on 8th floor with decent 360 views.

We have just checked out of this place one day early I am absolutely disgusted with this hotel! We chose this hotel due to the amazing reviews we had looked at and none of them were true!!! Whenever checking in the staff were so rude! We checked into our room the first night we couldn’t sleep due to a bird being so loud outside ( this is not the hotels fault) we then asked to move room the next morning to see if this was Luke help us get away from the noise and get a sleep. We were then moved room and this is where is all went so down hill!!! We walked into the room and then smell was absolutely disgusting, however we had booked a trip out so we left and when er returned at night time we noticed the smell was much worse and the pillows had blood on them the curtains had so many stains on then as well as the bed cover! We went to complain and all the staff stood laughing and giggling at us this made me feel so horrible and at this point I wanted to leave all the done was send house keeping to the room to put a cover on the pillows! Disgusting when they have blood on them! As it was late at night we decided to stay and we have now booked an other hotel and left! We checked out early and not once did the staff ask if everything was okay as we had checked out early! I would never ever ever recommend this disgusting and rude hotel.…

Hotel with very good location and quite.The hotel has a shutle to go to the train station. The staff was very nice, specially the receptionist Seven who take care of any need we have, she was very helpul and make the accomodation very confortable.
