We stayed in the Carlton Club Room for two nights. Check-in and check-out were not on the first floor, but on the 33rd floor where there is a private lounge. In the lounge, the hosts Immy, Baiwan & Nene were friendly and smiley. Baiwan in particular was a thoughtful and cheerful woman who spoke a little Japanese. Thanks to her, our stay was very enjoyable and fulfilling. The room rate included a wide variety of delicious Japanese, Western, Chinese and Thai breakfasts, snacks and drinks in the lounge (I had a variety of wines), late check-out, use of the 30-meter pool with a large lounger area, shirt cleaning, etc., Although it was more expensive than other standard rooms, it was a great deal compared to hotel rates in Tokyo and Osaka in Japan. The room had everything we need. The bathroom was spacious, with a bathtub and separete shower room, and the toilet was a electric toilet seat, which is rare overseas. The time we spent in the room was also comfortable and great. Phun at the entrance always spoke to us. Thanks to him, I felt like a regular guest even though it was my first time staying there. The location was also great, about an 8-minute walk from BTD and Metro stations. There were also large shopping centers and supermarkets nearby, so I had no problem about shopping. If you stay at this hotel, I recommend choosing the Club room.

The Carlton Hotel is something out of the ordinary, I’ve had one of my best stays at their Bangkok property.
As soon as you enter, you will feel their warm reception, the staff are splendid! They are very professional and accommodating which made the stay even more pleasant. Special thanks to Mr. First for his attentiveness and for facilitating our departure.
The room itself is just pure class, elegance and feels very comfortable and spacious. The View is the Bangkok skyline with a beautiful rooftop swimming pool on the 10th floor.
The modernity of the property and its easy accessibility via Sukhumvit makes its location ideal, within walking distance to Terminal 21 and other attractions.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and it was defined one of the highlights of my vacation in Thailand. I would highly recommend staying here, it will give you value for your money, especially when you’re coming back from the noise of the city life, you are certain to find a peace of mind and a restful night’s sleep.

A new hotel on Sukhumvit Road. 5-10 minutes walk from Asoke or Phrom Phong airtrain stations. There are many convenience stores, restaurants, and massage parlors in the vicinity. This is a new hotel that opened a few years ago, so the interior and facilities are up to date. The rooms have a modern, calm design, and an atmosphere that Japanese people will like. The bathroom is easy to use, with a glass door separating the toilet and shower booth. Equipped with a large bathtub and shower. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, skin lotion, etc. are available in the same color. Toothbrushes and razors are also provided. It is appreciated that bathrobes and disposable slippers are provided. The bed is comfortable. There is no sofa, but there are two couches. The restaurant has a wide variety of breakfast options, and the menu changes slightly. All the staff are very friendly and pleasant. The only downside is that there are only a few beach beds by the pool, so you have to fight for them every day. If you want to get a good spot, you need to be on standby before 9am. It's a little far from central Bangkok, but it's easily accessible by Skytrain. It takes about 300 baht and 30-40 minutes to get to Suvarnabhumi Airport by Grab.

The Cartlon was by far one of the best hotels I've stayed in! It was the first time my wife and I have been to Bangkok and the Carlton made our stay. We booked the Carlton Room which came with a free buffet breakfast, evening drinks and appetizers, and a 3pm checkout-- plus more! It was well worth the upgrade. The hotel and accomodations were pristine! The customer service was impeccable. The food was tasty! The location was phenomenal and close to the subway and monorail which was our main choice for travel to temples and malls. If your lucky enough to meet Title, one of the concierges, he will not disappoint you and is super helpful! All in all The Carlton is top tier and 10/10 - I recommend!

“We stayed at the Carlton Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit for 4 nights and it was an amazing experience. The staff were superb and went above and beyond to help us with whatever we needed. The room was spotless with nice touches like automatic curtains over our big panoramic window, a Japanese style toilet and Nespresso machine. The hotel is stylish and contemporary, with 338 elegant rooms and suites, a choice of renowned dining venues including the signature Cantonese restaurant, Wah Lok, and a chic rooftop bar with panoramic views of the cityscape. The hotel also offers free parking, free high-speed internet, a pool, fitness center with gym/workout room, bar/lounge, evening entertainment, and babysitting services. Great service from the moment you step into the hotel until check out! The rooms are cleaned daily and have complete amenities like hair dryer, iron & ironing board that don't need to be requested. Their complimentary water also comes in glass bottles to minimize single-use plastic - good effort!
I had some trouble with the smart toilet and they were able to address right away. They also had a cute surprise for me before check out. 🫶

It was an accommodation that I had only good memories of! I was satisfied with everything from the beginning. The gym facilities were great and the swimming pool was bigger than I expected. The water pressure in the hotel room was so good and even the water was clean, so the filter I brought wasn't dirty at all. Transportation was very good and there were many restaurants nearby. Even on the last day of my departure, they kindly helped me find a taxi and negotiated with me, so it was very convenient. NUENGY and JACKKY took care of me until the end and carried my luggage, so I was able to take a taxi to the airport very comfortably. Kilton Hotel is the best! I recommend it!

Stayed at the beginning of our Thailand trip for a week and loved it so much, we ended up staying for another week on the way back from our trip to Phuket . We stayed in a club room which includes lounge access ( great view from the top ) and 2 piece laundry per person complimentary laundry. The rooms are spacious , comfortable beds, shower and bathroom facilities all class! The coffee in the room has converted me from an occasional to a regular coffee drinker. The warm toilet seat and bidet is something we missed on our trip onwards.Breakfast is amazing with a massive spread. Convenient location with 2 malls within 5-8 minutes walk, Emsphere ( Benchasiri park next door for those with kids) and Terminal 21. Nok from housekeeping made sure our rooms were cleaned and replenished every day and the laundry facilities and club lounge was great too.. The staff were all very helpful, too many names to remember at breakfast , shout out to Kook who escorted us to our rooms and always smiling and welcoming us back. Really enjoyed our stay and we hope to return on future trips. Great service and experience was had by us overall. Looking forward to the Carlton hospitality again!

It was not a simple connecting room, but rather a room for families, so I was able to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I could feel the hotel's attention to detail as they even provided bottled water for brushing my teeth, and I was grateful for the staff's perfect response from check-in to check-out. However, I think there is a need for improvement in that the bathtub drain in the room is broken, the shower room floor is flat and does not drain, the bathroom light cannot be turned on/off, and the curtains do not close when automatically opened. The rooftop bar was expensive, but it became a good memory while enjoying the beautiful scenery of Bangkok. The pool water is very cold. While staying in Bangkok for a month, I stayed at the Carlton Hotel, and it was difficult because the swimming pool water was the coldest among all the hotels I stayed at.

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Brilliant location, excellent food and wonderful service.
Just a 7-10 minute walk to the BTS Skytrain station (Asok) and even closer to the Sukhumvit MRT (subway) stations, getting around Bangkok on public transport is easy from this hotel. Perfect for our visits to the Grand Palace, Wat Pho and Wat Arun temples. There are also a plethora of restaurants and bars in the close vicinity to the hotel if you fancy a change of scene.
The rooms are modern, spotlessly clean and well designed - we stayed in a Carlton Club room and this is well worth the upgrade. We appreciated the free daily laundry (2 items per person per day) as well as access to the Carlton Lounge with complimentary pre-dinner drinks and canapés from 6.00pm-8.00pm. (Special thanks to Immy and her amazing team of Nene, Nich and Wan for their wonderful, friendly and attentive service in the Carlton Lounge).
Breakfast buffet was varied and excellent quality - something for everyone, including an “egg station” where freshly made omelettes to order became a daily treat!
Next time we come to Bangkok we will be sure to stay here - thank you for a wonderful start to our holiday in Thailand!
