Jane. Pepe, Aimmy and the other people in the Carlton Club Lounge were amazing. They helped me navigate the metro and sky train to connect with day tours and go sightseeing. The lounge was such a great space to relax and watch the sunset. Customer service in general is fabulous at this hotel. The additional benefits of the Carlton Club were absolutely worthwhile. A wonderful environment to relax between busy Bangkok sightseeing and shopping outings.

From arrival to departure, the whole experience at the Carlton Bangkok is truly wonderful. Majority of the staff know me and provide a high level of hospitality. The locality is ideal for my business, the rooms are clean and have all the amenities. The Carlton Club is perfect for working and relaxing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a modern hotel with top class hospitality.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this stylish hotel in the heart of Sukhumvit. Very conveniently located to the main areas with easy access to shopping malls, restaurants and night life. We stayed in their executive suite on the 25th floor which had a separate living room. Rooms were emaculately clean with great technology. We especially enjoyed the ability to connect to Bluetooth on the smart tv for some music. Wifi speeds were fast and reliable. We thoroughly enjoyed all their dining options from their breakfast, to their truffle pizza at Cooling Tower, to their snow fish in their cantanonese restaurant. Every thing delicious and satisfying. Other facilities that we made use of was the swimming pool and their treadmills in the fitness center. Lastly, their service was also wonderful with professional and attentive staff all around. My wife and I over the years have visited a good number of hotels. Without doubt this is one of the best properties we have stayed in. The building is immaculate and has a fantastic pool area ,the executive rooms offer stunning views over the city. The bedrooms themselves are luxuriously appointed with many modern features including Japanese style toilets! Room 2605 was superb The rooftop bar had a tremendous setting, but I would advise you to make a booking to avoid disappointment. Perhaps the main feature for us in the hotel were the fantastic staff who were so friendly. They are a credit to the hotel. We would like to make a special mention to the front desk our room maid and both View and Jack who worked in the lobby area and all the ladies in the ground floor, coffee shop/patisserie. I don’t often make reviews, but felt people needed to be aware of this fantastic world-class hotel, we will be back.…

During my trip to Bangkok, I stayed at the Carlton Hotel and used the Carlton Club Lounge. wawa and pepe were so kind and sweet. The second time I visited, they remembered me and my husband's names and favorite drinks or alcohol and served them. Bangkok was remembered as a beautiful and friendly city, and a happy night at the Carlton Hotel will remain as a memory.
