I had a fantastic time in the hotel. Everyone treated me like a VIP, and I felt very pampered. The Lady in Red (host) and crew will impress you with their attention to detail. I will come back again!
From check-in to the pool, from the bar to the restaurant, and from breakfast to checkout, we felt privileged and our stay was definitely a great experience. The room was nicely decorated, details were clearly well thought, with a lot of attention. We enjoyed the swimming pool during the whole afternoon, before getting ready for a nice cocktail at the Firefly (with a cigar bar next to it). Delicious dinner at Ki Izakaya on the 9th floor (I highly recommend the Pork Shokupan Katsu Sando, you can’t get enough). Next morning, the breakfast was delicious with a large range of food, from Asian, to Middle East, to Indian and eastern style.A good selection with great quality too. Finally the end of our stay was dedicated to the spa, with multiple rooms (cold, steam, sauna, cold bucket,…) All the staff members were friendly and still very professional, with a nice hint of humour. I’ll definitely go there again, for a longer stay or for the afternoon tea which looks amazing. Overall, a real jewel which will transport you somewhere you’d wish you’ve discovered before. …
The hotel is very clean, the staff are friendly and welcoming The lobby atmosphere is very comfortable and luxurious. The location of the hotel is perfect near to big malls. There are several restaurant nearby the hotel and a walking area. The spa is very quiet and relaxing for couples. I requested complimentary arrangement for our honeymoon and it was arranged in a beautiful way. The check in was in the room which is very comfortable after a long distance of traveling. I would definitely book again in Kempniski sindhorn. While checking out, they gave me a small gift which is relaxing mist for good sleep
So bad experience in SPA department. They are very lazy No eye contact with you. Unprofessional conversation with customers No smile .No apology. I said I may let your manager know. She’s like go what ever you want. So rules. If I can give them 0 star I will do absolutely not a best of the best Hotel. What I felt was indifference and even discrimination . I feel like the all front desk lady in spa they are favoring each other and being lazy . I'm very disappointed with my them attitude. I spent almost $3000 for 5 nights my answer is :Not worth.
My wife and I had an amazing experience at the Kempinski. The hotel is beautiful and we loved the tea and live piano in the hotel lobby between 2-6. Our server Paula was very friendly and made sure everything was perfect. We will definitely come back.
We have a extended stay in a two bedroom suite, very luxurious, great location with a beautiful view of the city. The food and service at the Flourish restaurant was outstanding, congratulations to the Executive Chef Frank. The Ki Izakaya authentic Japanese cuisine restaurant, excellent food, the meat was very good specially the Wagyu ribeye, the seafood, Scallop, Snow Crab were also delicious. The Firefly Bar, a very cozy’s classic bar, our favorite on fridays. Thanks to the Ladies in Red, Khun Nickie, Khun Jenjira and team, my wife and I want to thank you for the attention received during the time we were staying at the hotel, we really appreciate it. And our special thanks to Thaddeus Weiss hotel Manager for making our long stay as if we were at home, always worrying about even the smallest details, thank you very much.…
Honestly cant say enough great things about our stay. The rooms are spacious, modern, and all amenities needed. The staff is super nice, helpful and accommodating. The gym was the nicest hotel gym my son had ever used. Pool area beautiful views. The breakfast was probably the highlight. We are generally not a fan of buffets but this was AMAZING. We traveled for 2.5 weeks through Asia and compared every hotel to the Sindhorn. Was by far our favorite!

I just made a reservation last December 31st to celebrate New Year's Eve. Luckily, I got a deluxe room free mini bar, and when I checked in, I got a little gift from the hotel. We had a meal in the dining room, the atmosphere was nice, elegant, and the food was delicious, the staff was very helpful. Excellent service by Mr. Jindakacha, for facilitating and caring for us during our stay. This is a very nice hotel. Staff are very helpful. I recommend it.
The hotel room was beautiful, tastefully decorated and had wonderful added touches. The mini bar was full of interesting drinks we’d not had previously. A massive bath tub and great bathroom amenities. The quality of the food was outstanding, no matter where we ate. But especially their Japanese restaurant, Ki Izakaya, with first rate service and delicious food (especially the skewers and the pork belly shokupan). The bar, firefly, was an experience in itself with a great live jazz band. Breakfast contained a range of food types, from Asian to western and in between! But again quality shone. The only downside, I didn’t want to leave!
