As we encountered some issues on the advance online payment, they still were contacting us even when we were already in Thailand, an hour before the check-in limit ended! They accommodated us in the last minute and even granted our request to be on a higher floor for some photography opportunity! And very clean, too!

The rooms in this hotel were good and it is centrally located. The main issue is the size of the public areas which are far too small for the size of the hotel. It was extremely difficult to find a table for breakfast and once you had you'd wish you hadn't bothered. This hotel has the worst breakfast of any...

I do not recommend this place. Dirty rooms, awful bathrooms with messy towels. Air condition not synchronized with remote control, we were not able to set up correct temperature. Windows looks like unclean by years. Dining room is a joke. Hotel have about 20 floors but it has only couple of tables where you can eat. This place do not...

I stayed in this hotel several time. I like the local restaurants nearby. Went to the one with menu. We can't speak a same language so we ordered food by looking at the pictures in the menu. Local food, very good price. 7-11 is just next to the hotel. Love it! BTS Ratchadewi station is also near by this hotel.

Very nice hotel with good room service. Yeah, they quite friendly as well. Well placed just outside the city centre. Will stay here again on the next vacation. The swimming is at high ground, thus you get bit of more privacy. And food is easily accessible from the hotel. However please don't take any offer from the ricksaw that waiting...

Stayed here for 4 nights. We booked 3 rooms for 5 people. They kindly arranged us to get rooms in the same floor. We arrived early, at 10.30 am, and surprisingly they permitted us for early check-in. Although they only gave us 1 room for early check in since the other room wasn't ready yet, but we really appreciated it....

The best part of this place is that there are so many local restaurants and street foods nearby. I love traditional market and it is just right next to it. Great massage next door. The breakfast a bit boring if you stay more than 3 days. But you can always try local breakfast outside the hotel.

The place is accessible to Ratchathewi station. There also a lot of taxis passing by the area. The staffs are friendly. I totally liked that their breakfast buffet starts from 6:30-10:00 am. Their breakfast buffet have many choices.

I stayed for 6 night in a Superior King Single room. The room itself was nice and tidy. The bed was on the slightly hard side but the air con was great. I had my room cleaned each day and got 2 free bottles of water as a result. The staff were friendly and understood enough english to be able...
