Location is right next to Asoke sky train station for easy access to anywhere in the city AND where there are ample places to eat. Guesthouse is clean and owner Gregory is very friendly and helpful. Complimentary internet, bottled water and tea. Great price and highly recommend as long as you are okay with stairs.

This guesthouse is an absolute gem. The most comfortable bed we've found in the last 2 months, clean, hot water, free drinking water, attentive staff. Location is excellent in Sukhumvit. Right near BTS and MRT and also a 3 min walk from terminal 21. We'll be back when we return to Bangkok.

Stayed for 3 nights and couldn't be happier! Gregory is the best host you could ask for. He was extremely helpful with all our enquiries, and even let us store our luggage there while we were passing back through Bangkok on our way to Vietnam. The room is huge, with a very comfortable bed, and a balcony which was a...

Spent a few weekends here. Good Wifi and English TV channels. The owner is a friendly European guy and he speaks perfect English. Only a 5 minute walk to Terminal 21 shopping mall and a beautiful park close by. The soft beds are perfect, a lot of Thai hotels have rock hard Asian style beds. But here they have nice...

Stayed here last November and again this October. Can't beat location, near the 24-hr supermarket and restaurant Took Lae Dee. My 2nd floor bedroom directly over the office had ample space and even a small desk. There were several power outlets for charging multiple portable devices. Plus a 5% discount for booking online.

Tucked inside a small street near Asoke train station is this cozy accommodations boasting of mod-styled rooms. Just typically sized rooms but the attention given to the playful and whimsical décor is welcoming. There is a no-door bathroom which is just as cutely-themed. Clean and with AC and fast wifi, there are only a few rooms so it feels like...

A guesthouse with a funky feeling, in a great location a block away from the skytrain. Clean, basic room. The girls at the front desk didn't speak much English and I unfortunately don't speak any Thai, so communication was difficult, but we managed to figure out what we were doing. No complains. I would stay again when in Bangkok.

Very convenient in Sukamvit neighbourhood. I stayed in a small single room for four nights. Clean, bright, good hot water. Need to be prepared to walk up the stairs (no lift). Will gladly stay again. Great value for money. Owner works on site and can provide good information about city.

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
