This hotel is the best choice for the tourists who wants as budget trip. However the prices is cheap, the rooms are clean and neat, modern and new. The facilities are also impressive like Gym, Sauna and swimming pool. The gym is using the high standards and the modern machine. My favorite swimming pool is the best for me. It is enough for me to enjoy at the hotel. By the way, the breakfast is buffet and I believe that you will love it. For the service, the reception is 24 hours and they are very helpful. Among them, Mr. Min is the most I like to get a support.

This hotel is convenient to stay and it's also located at the downtown of Bangkok. The interior design is also stylish and quite spacious for its price. The breakfast is delicious and fresh. The staffs are very friendly, particularly front desk staff, "Fah", she is very helpful during my stay. There is a gym of small size but full functionality. Overall it is one of the best place I have ever visited.

This hotel looks very nice and modern, but it’s very much a budget hotel. The towels were super thin and almost raggedy, the bathroom was infuriating, and the location itself is hard to reach and basically in an alley. For the price compared to other Bangkok hotels, I would’ve rather stayed in a less flashy hotel and gotten more value for my money. I will say though that the staff is very nice and there is a lot of them available for your needs. The room itself is very well sized, and it was nice to have a king sized bed. When I arrived to my room, I saw that there was a card that I could put on my pillows notifying the housekeeping that I didn’t require changed bedding or towels, in exchange for a drink voucher. I made sure to put this card on my pillows to receive a drink voucher the next day so I could try the hotels’ food services as well. This is where the budget allegations arise. They honored the card and didn’t change my towels or bedding, but never gave me any drink vouchers or notices that I had a free drink. They just gave me more bottles of water. Then, the bathroom situation was so frustrating. To be fair, it was clean, which should be the only concern, but unfortunately the shower was so ridiculously designed that showering became a chore. There was no door or shower curtain so I had to turn the shower head towards the wall and shower in the corner against the wall to avoid water getting all over the bathroom floor. Why would you create a bathroom without a shower curtain or door? Especially since there was no drain on the floor indicating that the bathroom was designed to have an open layout. Also, the water temperature fluctuated way too much. There was no sweet spot between warm and burning hot because the temperature kept changing. The sink temperature was the same. Other than that the hotel was nice. The spacious room and bed were great.

The breakfast was excellent. The room was quite dark with only one window in a single sliding door. No shears to let light in, only black out curtains. The towels were very old looking and no longer a crisp white. The air conditioning would turn off each night at around 3 AM and would wake up from heat and turn the A/C back on. On last night the A/C went off but was unable to turn back on. This caused a terrible nights rest on the last night. We’re told in morning that the whole building A/C had malfunctioned. Would likely not stay here again.

This hotel is ok for a short stay. It is a very minimalist design however it has everything we needed. The gym was huge & very often was quite busy. I believe people in the area can purchase memberships to use the gym. The bed was firmer than we are used to There was an interesting long frosted window in the shower which if you took a shower early in the morning or late at nite the light lit up the whole room. I couldn’t figure out that design concept. We didn’t use the pool ( it was too cold for me) & what I thought might e been a hot tub turned out to be a cooler plunge pool. Breakfast choices weren’t as good as other hotels altho the first day we were there the server did give us (2) gluten free chocolate milk drinks & some GF nuts as they were aware my husband is celiac. We weren’t in Bangkok very long so didn’t really explore the area. Room was clean had problems with the hot water which they fixed. Price was worth the stay got a good rate online but with all the hotels in Bangkok I would likely try another one if we were to return to Bangkok.

This is my favorite hotel in Bangkok. Whenever I visit to Thailand, I choose to stay in this hotel. This is because the rooms of the hotel is very clean and neat. It look new and modern. The gym and swimming pool are also clean and neat. The buffet breakfast is perfect and so delicious. The receptionists are very affordable and supportive. Among them, my favorite is MIN guest service agent. He is always willingness to help me. Near the hotel, there are many places to enjoy. I like to visit lumpini park.

I am writing to thank Brian from the Concierge / Bellboy dept. Like a superhero - he is an all-rounded service professional. He was incredibly welcoming to me during my arrival, helping me with my luggage, and also helped me arrange for a small maintenance issue (a lightbulb had blown, which did not take away from the great experience in the property). Surprisingly, he was also in charge of the Hotel Shuttle and drove me to the tube station several times - a very professional driver who cared for the safety and wellbeing of his passengers. Yet, you need to meet Brian to experience his strongest trait, which is his personal commitment to ensure all his guests have the best experience. I hope you recognise Brian as a great 10-year veteran of your team - please send my heartiest thanks for his kindness, passion, and professionalism.

The location of the hotel is very convenience. Around the hotel, there are many restaurants, bars, massages and night market. The hotel is new and the rooms are clean and neat. But a little bit small for some people. The gym is high standards and a small swimming pool is also good for relax. Especially, the receptionists are very helpful and kind. I checked in with MIN and I have got a chance to choose a good room. I like my pool view room. Moreover, the breakfast is perfect.

First of all, I would like to praise the hotel staff. They are very nice and have a great service spirit. Especially Ms.Nune, the staff front desk . She helped me in many ways with willingness and with a smile.Sometimes I see her being busy but she is able to handle the task at hand like a pro. And the second part that I would like to praise is the clean rooms. Things in the room were arranged in an orderly manner. The location is very good. Convenient for traveling 10/10

The location of the hotel is very essential in the downtown. Near the hotel there are many useful essential places such as restaurant, massages, shopping mall, seven eleven and ATM. The prices and services are balance. The receptionist are very helpful and welcome the guest warmly. My favorite receptionist is MIN. The room are also clean and well maintained. I also like the swimming pool.
