We absolutely loved our stay at Loy La Long. They arranged transport from the airport which made arrival so easy. The hotel itself is an amazing place, with a great vibe and we loved being able to sit right on the river and watch everything go by. We stayed in the blue room and it was very nice and the...

To be fair, I want to first state that I don't think I was the right clientele for this hotel, so not all my criticism should be seen as a "fault" of the hotel. This is a cool wooden river house and it has a lot of character. The decks are a great place to sit outside and have a...

Loved Loy La Long. Wonderful old wooden river house that's been artfully converted into a boutique hotel. Fabulous to hang out on the decks literally over the river with its tugs and barges and longtail speedboats. Could have spent all day there watching Bangkok life float by and the monsoon storms come rolling in across the skyline. Unique. Staff laid...

Solo female, first time in Bangkok. I booked my first two nights in the orange room. My only regret is that I wasn't able to stay longer. The rooms are charming, the view is incredible, the staff was welcoming and helpful (they recommended TEP Bike Tours which was a highlight of my visit), and the food was great. Location was...

Stayed in two rooms as did a last minute booking so had to change after a night. Everyone was so helpful, writing Thai addresses and instructions for the useless Bangkok taxis.... Very friendly, everyone staying there was friendly and happy. Very cool chill out areas with wonderful views over the river. Had a very happy stay, good breakfast and most...

Everything about this hotel was wonderful -- AMAZING service, delicious breakfast, GORGEOUS rooms with FANTASTIC views, PERFECT location (easy access to metro for rest of the city, trains for out of city tours, and boats to Grand Palace). It is difficult to find as it is within temple grounds, but they provide you with a map in English and in...
