I've stayed many times at DI place and I really think it's great value. The place is very clean, modern and best of all, a lift. Taken you are in the middle of all the action ... restaurants, shopping, entertainment, etc ... I think it's cheap taken the level of comfort. The only real complaint (and it's a tiny complaint)...

If you are here for soi 4 entertainment alone. Otherwise nothing write about. Very small compact budget hotel only to fit the backpackers’ budget. Don’t expect marvels here. Tucked away in some small lane which you would miss if you don’t look for it.

I had to stay here one night because i was without my cellphone and couldn't use TripAdviser. My stay here @ Di Place was a walk up. Newly remodeled which showed promise but my room had no window and my next door rooms on the 1st floor had multiple couples of Thai women and Western men going in and out...

Located in a small soi just two minutes from Nana Plaza, this place is perfect to enjoy the night life in the surroundings. As long as you avoid the first floor rooms, more suited to "temporary" guests, you will find small but comfy and clean rooms at a very decent price, most with windows, with TV, wifi and fridge. Also...

It´s quite closed to Nana BTS Station so one can easily go anywhere in Bangkok. The room was small but clean. The downside it is located in the redlight district. It´s not family friendly at all. People stay a few hours with their street lovers and then go away. The staff was not nice. I would not book it again.

I was very disappointed upon arriving at this hotel after reading the positive reviews on Trip Advisor. Firstly the rooms weren't what we booked. We were 4 male travellers and booked 2 twin room, upon check in we were told they only had 1 twin room and 1 double room for us. We requested non smoking rooms but the rooms...

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
