Fast and efficient check-in. I arrived at the beginning of one - the room was already ready. Preliminary wishes for the number were fulfilled 100%. I asked for the highest floor - they gave me the highest, thirty-second.
For a fully paid room, a deposit is taken for 2 nights (for extras) - 1000 baht in any currency or by card.
The room is relatively small but looks good. Everything is in good condition. Floor-to-ceiling window, excellent view of the city.
The room has a full-fledged refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, microwave oven, stove, plates, cutlery, kettle, safe, iron, ironing board. No umbrella, no bathroom scales.
Free minibar - but only soft drinks, water and snacks.
Cosmetics in small tubes - per room 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 body lotion. For some reason, initially there is no shower gel - if you call, they will bring it, but also exactly 1 tiny tube))
The water pressure is good even on the thirty-second floor, but the temperature can be unstable - sometimes hotter, sometimes colder.
Breakfast is good, but a little simpler than in other 5* hotels in Bangkok.
Good location, excellent transport accessibility.
There were no comments regarding Wi-Fi in the hotel. In addition, I recommend buying a local dtac SIM card with unlimited 5G internet right at the airport - 699 baht for 15 days.

This is my second stay after 2022. The best thing about this hotel is the location. It's easy to get anywhere, you can go back to your hotel during the day, take a short break and get to your next destination right away, and even in the rainy season, you can go to both BTS and MRT stations without getting wet.

Also, if you don't want to go out, Terminal 21, which is directly accessible from the hotel, has a cheap and delicious food court and a variety of restaurants so you can enjoy your stay in Bangkok to the fullest.

Our room was spacious enough with a washer/dryer in the Deluxe Premium Room. The room I stayed in was facing Sukhhumvit 21 Rd and the view was another one.
The gym, pool and sauna on the F floor of the hotel should be worth the price.

I added breakfast this time, which I had last time I stayed. For a hotel in this price range, there was not much food and bread, and the breakfast venue was not open and there were many people between seats, so I could not enjoy breakfast very much.

I just looked into next July's prices and found that a Deluxe Premium Room with breakfast was about $US170 in Agoda. In July this year, the same room was available for about US$130 (including tax and service) with breakfast, but US$170 is too expensive. I don't think I'll be staying at this hotel next year.

The location is convenient. Asok is convenient to begin with. It is also easy to access from the airport.

The shopping mall directly connected to the station, Terminal 21, in the same building, is also popular and aimed at young people, making it easy to shop. The food court is also very cheap and street food style. It is also hygienic, so you can enjoy the street food atmosphere here without having to go to a street food stall.

The hotel provides free minibars in the rooms. There are only soft drinks, but there were enough cola, Sprite, Lipton lemon tea, and orange juice for each person. However, the coffee and tea were a little inferior.

The pool and jacuzzi are very good. There is a shower room at the pool, but no changing room, so it is better to wear your swimsuit beforehand. It is best to bring a change of clothes, dry yourself off with a towel after swimming, go to the jacuzzi on the same floor, use the jacuzzi and sauna, then take a shower and change clothes.

My stay here was nice albeit short. It's definitely more of a coporate stay hotel than a small boutique style hotel but then again it's in the heart of Sukhomvit. But I needed to be in Asoke for business and I wanted to be near Terminal 21 mall to try their food court hahaha. My King Deluxe room was huge, awesome huge windows (with electrical shade) - great views espcially at night and got to see an electrical storm. Great show! I liked the included mini bar and the free washer/dryer with included detergent (hint, the dryer works best (and less time) if it's separate and not part the wash/dry cycle). Kitchen area, bathroom and living area were huge and much appreciated. As was the king bed! I even used some of the cutlery abd plates but felt bad that a sponge or dishsoap was not included so I could wash up. There was an included welcome drink coupon that I used both days I was there and really enjoyed the watermelon smoothie! I only really interacted with the reception and bellmen and it was very professional (and corporate). I liked that the hotel was attached via walkway to Terminal 21 however I think that mall is kinda overhyped. The 5th floor food court was cool and cheap but somehow it looked much better on social media. But I was glad I gave it a go. I liked that it was a quick walk to the MRT (didn't use the BTS) and there was a "se-wen" very close for snacks (after I went thru the included minibar from the room hahaha). The only drawback for this hotel (and it's not really the hotels fault) but if you are using a car or bike for transportation, the Asoke area is insane when it comes to traffic. One trip while using Grab I was in traffic for 40 minutes when I could have walked the 10 minutes (Hyatt Regency a few blocks down). I was going knock one star down but it's not the hotel's fault (it's ALWAYS hectic and even worse in the rain). But something to consider. Oh BTW the breakfast was great, huge, lots of offerings. Just go early to avoid the crowds. Otherwise my room was great, airport transfers efficient and no complaints on that end.

I stayed in a grand suite room on the 21st floor, in the grande center point terminal 21 which was excellent, a sitting room/ kitchen/ dining area and a bedroom, both rooms had an outstanding view of the Asoke Sukhumvit intersection and the surrounding areas. The rooms were well equipped with large flat screen Tv's, good wi-fi, very comfortable and clean large bed, nice office area a good sized fridge in the kitchen (complimentary drinks and snacks provided). The bathroom was large and very clean with a bath and a large shower enclosure, the toilet had a heated seat and a built in bidet.
The hotel is in an excellent location at the center of Bangkok, over one of the largest malls in the city which you can just get in the lift and go down to, without leaving the building.
The hotel had some beautiful facilities including restaurants, tennis court, swimming pool and walking jogging area on the 5 floor.
The staff were friendly and professional and all areas were well kept and clean.
I would certainly stay there again, I loved it! but of course, it is not cheap.
Overall, what you are paying for here is well worth it.

This hotel did not disappoint..i stayed with my husband and 14yr old son...So many good points I don't know where to start..
On arrival the hotel looks clean, modern, well maintained and smells delicious. Hotel staff very welcoming, cheerful and professional. Check in process smooth.
The room was wonderful, on the 17th so wonderful view..all amenities u would expect including a full size fridge /Freezer, microwave and sink with kettle. The toilet was high tech with warm seat and built in functions.
Daily water and fizzy drinks and snacks given for FREE! Bedroom was very clean, clinical looking but I like that look, airy and clean.
Hotel pool is very nice..one thing to point out the tiles along the inside edge of pool need fixing..won't ruin the fun u can have there.. wonderful views, great place to take pictures. Towels provided and u can order food and drink here. Outside Jacuzzi too.
This hotel has a play room for younger children and a games room for older ones..games room basic but worth visiting. There's lots of outside space with a trampoline, football goals, tennis court and small golf area...hotel is in a central location but no noise can be heard from outside.
Breakfast was very nice lots of choice and the menu changed a few times....
This hotel is in a great location after a busy day of sightseeing the train takes u close to hotel just walk up the stairs along the short tunnel and yr home.... Definitely recommend and would return.
Only two real negative..... Aircon in the room was quite noisy..if yr a light sleeper bring ear plugs... . The iron provided isn't a steam one...was takes a while to use...that's only a small negative.. definitely worth a visit..thanks grand center point terminal 21.

Upon arrival via taxi from Chinatown, we were told check in is at 2pm and there is a 2,000 baht deposit, strange for a 5 stars when our Royal Hotel Chinatown did not request for such a deposit. Went shopping and lunch, then returned at 1.30pm.

Offered room 1716, a Premium Deluxe room at 40sqm. Room with very comfy twin beds was spacious, has a long sofa, chair & square table for dinning. Large refrigerator, safe, huge TV with many English channels, spacious bathroom with a big tub and separate showers. However, the tiles used in the bathroom are of the very smooth type - great mistake!

Room was well insulated from outside noises as there are two layers of blinds. However, internal sound proofing not so perfect as when guests shout or talk loudly at the corridors, we could still hear them. Mentioned before and during check in that I was there to celebrate my grand birthday, but alas, no room upgrade nor tokens. Only complimentary in the room are drinks and tit bits - which maybe a standard feature for all rooms or Premium Deluxe?

Infinity pool and Gym opens from 6am, which was perfect as we rise early. Views from the Pool are just stunning! Great for laps and enjoying jacuzzi in the pool. Did not dine in the Hotel, so cannot comment. Free dinks & coffee in the classy lobby area. The hotel is linked to the Terminal 21 mall, with many floors, 7?) of shopping & a great/cheap food court at the top.

Location wise, also very good, with links to both the BTS Asok station and Suhumvit MRT station. Upon departure, hotel has helped to book a metered taxi at 8.10am on a Monday morning. But we were stuck in the taxi for 20 mins, as the taxi was just around the MRT station area, merely moved due to heavy traffic. We decided to alight and took along our luggage for the MRT instead . Took for one stop and walk to the Makkasan Airport Link station - a wise choice as we made it in time for our flight at 12.15pm. Phew ...a close call indeed.

We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed ourselves immensely but the Hotel has fallen short on some areas, hence, a 4 stars rating.

We moved here for two nights as our previous hotel, Solaria, which was located nearby, had to shut for a day due to a scheduled Government mandated electrical testing.

The first room we got on the 20th floor smelt of smoke even in the corridor. Even though it was a non-smoking room, there was an ash tray in the room itself. Reception staff, Khun Chutsana, quickly found us another room on the 27th floor.

It was quite a large room, and came with a washing machine cum dryer, and a microwave. The bed was rather small though, and was a little lumpy. When one of us moved, the other could feel it. There were ample electrical points of the Thai two-prong type, which required an adaptor if you are using British style 3 pin plugs. The bathroom had a shower and a bathtub. The aircon was strong, so much so that the cold woke us a few times in the night even after we had raised the temperature. They did provide robes, and the safe was large enough to hold Ipads.

The location is excellent and you literally walk onto the BTS or Terminal 21 next door within a few steps.

They required a 1000THB deposit in case of damage, and that would be refunded in two weeks after your stay.

The hotel is located at Sukhumvit and is connected to the MRT by bridge. You have direct access to two lines, BTS and MRT (Green and Blue). The room is spacious, comes with a tub, shower area, small kitchenette, microwave and a large fridge.

The mall is in the same building with a supermarket, food court and everything you need within one-stop.

This is the best hotel in BKK so far due to its accessibility.

The only set-back was my room aircon had mould and was blowing out an awful smell. They installed an air purifier in my room after.
