I stayed 4 nights here. Good hotel and location. Rooms are clean. Accessable to metro and night market. Receptionist are very rude but not all. Housekeeping are very good and overall a budget hotel. Rooms are given only 2 water a day. If you reached hotel early you can keep your luggage at the reception and enjoy nearby mall and...

Silom is financial district of Bangkok, plenty of 4-5 stars hotel. But if you need a good budget hotel, here is the one. Room is small, but clean with sufficient amenities. Breakfast included with toast, fresh fruits, coffee and tea. Friendly staff, good location to get around with BTS or MRT, because it is only about 500 meters from Sala...

It is near from BTS. Breakfast is included with the cheapest price per day (cereal or bread). Room is small, but it is enough for rest. AC and toilet are okay. You can find streetfood nearby hotel. I recommend this for backpacker.

Stayed for 5 days and will staying again this year! I think there's a chain of them - all the same. Nice, modern, clean, light breakfast, elevator, really nice room - and all for 18USD!!! I stayed at Cheeky Monkeys in Koh Samui - same hotel! So I knew what to expect when I walked into the Nantra Silom. Note...

Centrally located and walking distance to two BTS stations. 5 minutes to pat pong. The entrance to the hotel has several puddles which need to be navigated carefully. The two female receptionist are rude and indifferent to all customers. Its a budget hotel and thats all it is. As long as you only need a bed to crash for the...

It is a decent place for you to rest your head and leave your things behind for a long walk outside. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast is minimal. Very good location nonetheless. Dont expect too much..

Staying in Silom

Neighbourhood Profile
Silom
Despite the lack of any major tourist attractions, this lively neighborhood is a favorite of many. Whether it's the (somewhat naughty) nightlife of Soi Patpong, the various handicraft night markets or the plethora of dining options that tickle your fancy, a night out in Silom is a must on every itinerary. It's worth a stop during daytime, too: join office workers on a quest to tasty street food during lunch and shop at Silom Complex for a great mix of Thai and international stores. After a day of strolling around the congested sidewalks, a visit to Silom's Lumphini Park, Bangkok's answer to NYC's Central Park, is a welcome change of scenery.
