We stayed here for three nights, the room was lovely and clean as was the shared bathroom facilities. Lovely wooden housing with gorgeous wooden floors. Bed was kinda hard but manageable, have had worse! Showers were never busy, I only had to wait once, there are several shower rooms but if someone else is showering the water wouldn't work in...

This place is very authentic and 'real'. If you want to experience Bangkok, stay here - it's great. You'll meet awesome travellers and have memorable conversations and feel like you're staying somewhere that has a life of it's own. Room: fan only, no aircon but we found this fine in May (yes it was still hot but the heat feels...

Where to begin... First if you want to live in luxury... This isn't the place. If you want a welcoming environment, stimulating conversation, exposure to all different cultures and unique people then this is the best place for you. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Better than the rooms is the staff and owners. You will be at home access...

Very good place if you want to stay away from the Khaosan Road and see the "real" Bangkok. Very near from the guesthouse you can find a lot great streetfood in cheap price. If you like to, you can also cook your own food in the guesthouse, too. Quiet, quaint and unique style guesthouse, absolutely worth to go.

I stayed at Bluefin for 4 nights and the place was perfect. The room was big, the shared bathrooms were very well maintained and there is a pantry with every facility needed to cook up a meal. The guesthouse is also close to the Chao Phraya boat terminal (10 mins by walk) and Khao San road (15 mins by bus)...

Bluefin guesthouse is unusual for how it operates. The main reason for this is a communal kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals. There is also a large garden area set up to gather and share and listen to travelers from all over the world. It is a great place to network and get information about Bangkok and...

Far from Khao San Road area (aprox 1 hour walking). Good to run away from that crowded area but far as well from the main things to see in oldtown. Hippie style but not too clean (leftovers from previous customers in the room). Shared bathroom (around 6 in total). Ok if you are on a budget.

very good place for backpackers, located not in the middle of the city, not on most popular Khao San road but because of that neighberhood is friendly, not crowded by tourist, the food on a streets nearby is cheap and yummy. You can easily get from here to victory monument (hub for vans to Ayutthaya, Nakhom Pathom, Damnoen Saduak etc.)...
