Spacious and clean rooms. Good location behind a very lively street full of restaurants and street food. Attentive and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Hotel offers shuttle service to nearby BTS and malls. Value for money.

I stayed here with my parents for 4 nights in an executive suite. The hotel itself is located in Soi 13, you can easily walk to end of the street to be on the main road, or there is a free TUK TUK service the hotel runs that will drop you anywhere nearby from transport links to shopping malls. The...

This is my 2nd stay at In Residence. The hotel is worth my return- it is clean, affordable and has good amenities. We have again stayed in a one bedroom suite with kitchen, sofa, two TVs and a big writing desk. The kitchen is equipped with microwave for those who fancy cooking (but who would? this is Bangkok!). I am...

Room looks very old and tired, no wood anywhere without scratches and dents. Very unstable WIFI. had to fix loose handle on shower door, so it didn't fall off. Had to fix switch for light in closet, so it didn't stay on all night. something that looked like food or worse on stool (picture) Staff very friendly, bed nice.

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
