The location – beside the river is excellent. We sat and ate at the Thai restaurant in the evenings and watched the boats go past. Nice pool centrally located with a sunbathing area overlooking the river. Staffs and management are all very friendly, hard working and attentive throughout the hotel. Our thanks to “Man” the Duty manager for always being very professional and reflecting the fine reputation of the hotel. The supermarket in the hotel is very useful for things we forgot as well as late night shopping, We also appreciated the coffee shop with their menu of different drinks and snacks. Great planning meant that even during heavy rain showers, the staffs kept everywhere clean and safe. Very close too is a temple, which is well worth a 5-minute walk to visit, A ten-minute walk to the many restaurants, food market and shops at Icon Siam as well as the musical fountains show in the evenings.

I made two separate reservations for consecutive days—one personal booking with a river-view room and another company booking. I requested that both reservations be combined so I wouldn’t have to change rooms during my stay. The hotel accommodated my request promptly upon check-in, which I really appreciated. However, I had noted this request in Agoda during booking, but it seemed like the hotel hadn’t reviewed it in advance.
Check-in took longer than expected compared to other hotels. The "river view" room did have a river view, but it was partially blocked by another building, which was a bit disappointing.
Service was excellent—staff were friendly, welcoming, and always greeted guests with a smile. Breakfast was decent, but if you have to pay separately, it may not be worth the price unless you enjoy a heavy breakfast. For a lighter option, the lobby coffee shop, Casa Lapin, serves great coffee and sandwiches and opens at 7:30 AM, which is a good alternative.
The room layout was a bit unusual. There was a large counter in the bathroom that could be converted into a workstation by sliding the wall, but this made it inconvenient to move around. The bed was comfortable, and the water pressure was strong. However, the hot water fluctuated—every 3–4 minutes, it would suddenly turn very hot for a few seconds before returning to normal.
Overall, a good stay with great service, but a few areas could be improved.

Staff are fantastic and go above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect.
Bedrooms are clean and have all amenities required. Beds are very hard
We ate at the first restaurant one night and would not recommend. Many items not available even though advertised at the lift and front of restaurant. Pork chop was tough and unable to be eaten. Pork Ribs were tasty.
Breakfast does not offer for the western clientele. Bacon chips are in a wooden bowl that is not heated. Fried and poached Eggs are precooked and cold.
Last day today and I have arrived for breakfast at 9am to be told no bacon and will not be replacing.
Would recommend not paying for breakfast and eating elsewhere if you want a western style breakfast.
Hotel is walking distance to Icon Siam and lots of local shops.
Massage business within the hotel is fantastic and would recommend.
711 within the complex very convenient and well priced.
ATM and money change machine in foyer handy to have.

Upon arrival we got checked in and taken to our room, a member of staff explained the amenities around the hotel and what we could make use of. We got into the room only to find it clearly hadn’t been cleaned, or if it had been it was done to a very low standard. There were mosquitoes in the bathroom, but we were tired after a long flight so initially planned to just leave it as the bed looked fine and we had mosquito repellent. Just as we were about to plug our chargers in my partner spotted a black bug on the bed, we checked it and took a photo before noticing multiple others. At this point we decided we couldn’t stay in that room and so went down to reception to make them aware and asked for a room change. Initially they said they couldn’t do anything and we’d just have to stay the night in that room as they had no other rooms available. We said we’d be wanting a full refund in that case because we weren’t willing to stay in a room with bed bugs and mosquitoes. The person on reception then went and got a manager, we showed the photos to them and they said the same that there were no other rooms available. Again we asked for a refund, to which suddenly he was able to find a room, but it was an upgraded room (the room was the exact same spec it was a double bed instead of twin, and was closer to the river), he personally went and checked the room we had stayed in before moving us, and then checked the other ‘upgraded’ room. He took us along and asked us to check it ourselves so he could resolve any issues there and then. This was good, but we should never have been told no rooms were available when there was one available.
That initial issue left a very sour taste from the get go, however, once we had settled in to the new room, it was kept tidy, and we had a great stay. The pool is great for unwinding, though do be mindful there are frogs who like to share the pool with you, and the convenience store on site is fantastic for anything you may need. The location is not the best if you want to use public transport to get around, it’s about a 10 minute walk to Icon Siam mall, and from there a ferry across to connect, or there is a small local shuttle ferry that crosses a little bit closer.
I have stayed here two times previously, once when the hotel was being constructed and another just after construction had finished I was expecting to bring my partner and have another great stay. It would appear that since completion and an initial burst of good things that quality has dropped.
I would like to say I will stay here again, but with this latest experience I am not so sure.

Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered during your recent stay. Your experience does not meet the high standards we strive to provide, and we deeply regret the inconvenience caused, especially upon arrival. We are sorry to hear about the cleanliness of your room, the presence of bed bugs, and the initial lack of assistance from our staff. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to deliver. We are grateful that you brought these concerns to our attention, and we understand your frustration with the handling of the room change request. We appreciate you recognizing the effort of our manager in resolving the issue once he was made aware of it. We are pleased to hear that once settled into your upgraded room, you enjoyed your stay and had a chance to relax at the pool and take advantage of the convenience store. Your feedback about the location and public transport is valuable, and we will continue to look for ways to improve the experience for our guests. Please know that we take your comments seriously and will address the cleanliness and staff training issues you highlighted to ensure such experiences do not happen again. We hope you will reconsider staying with us in the future and allow us the opportunity to regain your trust. Thank you once again for your detailed feedback.

As a solo traveler was looking for a quieter place with access to shopping and food and I found a perfect place that fits into my budget. Stayed on 7th floor in a room with balcony overseeing the Chaophraya river, room is new and clean, air conditioning is constantly cool. Breakfast selection is good for the price. Walking distance to IconSiam with is a huge plus as you could find all sorts of street food at the basement. Also tried Grab delivery from restaurant in IconSiam to the hotel which was delightful. There are on premise cafe, convenience store and massage place too. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed in a King Pool View (with river view by the balcony) 2 adults and a 4yo.
Postive things were the staff, 10min walk from Icon Siam which felt like 30min during the day, the price was reasonable and the pool. We also liked there was a Lawson and Massage store within the complex. They also provided early breakfast on checkout for our early flight.
Otherwise the breakfast buffet was average, there was an odd smell in our room, the hallways carpet didnt seem very clean, mould in the shower walls and leaking from the sink pipes when used which caused pooling. This seemed like an old issue since there was mould also. We informed the staff which we hope will be fixed before the next guests.
I would consider staying here again if the shower/toilet area is cleaner and no weird smell. The shower had good pressure and pillows were comfortable.

Haven’t been back for months! There is actually a Japanese supermarket Lawson in the hotel, which is located next to the massage parlor Lek Massage. If you want to go to Iconsiam, you can take the hotel shortcut and you can reach ദ്ദി^._.^) in ten minutes) If you don’t know how to choose a hotel in Bangkok, I highly recommend you choose this one. It’s suitable for girls who like to stay in hotels for a leisurely vacation. The swimming pool is also kept very clean, and the breakfast has many new Thai features, which is delicious! Lek Massage Shop is very high-end. I like their full-body exfoliation the most. You don’t have to line up outside on a hot day or worry about not being able to make an appointment. You can call the branch in the hotel to make an appointment directly, and guests can get a 10% discount. Thank you, Manager Coco, for taking care of me every time. You are always a gentleman and polite:)

We had a very bad experience staying at this hotel We stayed for 3 nights and after trying 5 hotels in Thailand during our vacation, this hotel was by far our worst stay. First there was a horrible smell in our shower each time we take a shower. We discussed this with the employees there and they sent someone to fix the shower and put a scent diffuser in our room which helped for only one night The last night the smell returned and worse than before, luckily it was our last day and we didnt spend a lot of time in the room. Secondly, room cleaning service did not show up the second day to clean our room until we called the reception at 3 pm and asked to clean our room ! The shower was awful too, when you take a shower the water temperature changes from very hot to very cold during the shower without you even touching it.

Very nice hotel on the banks of the Chao Praya. The site is magnificent, green. Very nice home. The room is pretty, well equipped with a balcony and a view of the large swimming pool where you can enjoy it after 10 p.m. It's very rare. Small shower room with toiletries...it smells good... In the hotel there is a small, well-stocked supermarket, massage, bar... Good buffet breakfast with a large choice of Asian cuisine. Would have liked some good fresh fruit juice with real fruit...not in a jerrycan. IconSiam largest shopping center 15 minutes walk (verified) sidewalks and well-lit streets. BTS gold 5 minutes walk from the hotel (verified too) * the bedding is very very hard, very stiff.

The grand palace is across the river from the hotel. I went across the river from the hotel twice. It wasn’t a long ride and the taxi drivers didn’t seem to mind.
