Would give A+ for hotel services specially Mr Nu at Front Desk. Always received best services from Mr Kim as and when required. House keeping team also very polite. However, 1st hotel building is not wheel chair friendly . rooms are not upto mark but clean and quite big Overall our long stay was good. Calm and quiet place to live in. The room we were assigned was quite small but we managed. The pool is really small and not very inviting despite the photos. Proximity to MTR subway is close, as is the canal ferry that crosses town to Pratunam Mall. Close walking distance to Makksan for the airport link. The breakfast buffer is adequate, not spectacular. The area is has more locals than, say, Sukhumvit, and much less seedier.

This has to be the biggest case of false advertising I have ever seen! Loved the pictures on Booking.com but the place is nothing like advertised. Run down, old and filthy. Just compare my pictures with the ones online. As we were only there for 3 nights we just ended up laughing every time we found something else wrong. We were offered alternative rooms but they were exactly the same?,?? Random doors all over the apartment which when you open them they are filthy and have live electrical boxes. So happy to get out of there!

My parents and I stayed here and found the hotel super comfy, really convenient (super close to loads of shopping malls), and with probably the friendliest and most helpful staff ever. Kudos to Nu, Alies, Kim, Phet and all the other staff who went above and beyond to help my parents with their luggage and transportation and making sure they are comfortable throughout their stay. Asoke Residence is highly recommended and I am definitely coming back here!

The residence is hygienic, the environment is good, and the staff Aries and Nu are very friendly . Near rutnin eye hospital ,so comfortable for eye patients, I highly recommend coming to this hospital to see your eyes ,it is convenient and time saving.

We stay 2bedroom unit for 4night in this hotel. Although the hotel is abit old, but overall is good. Near to the metro station. Convinience store is around the corner. Several food shop nearby. Breakfast are good. Friendly and helpful staff. Will recommend friend and family to come again.

location is good, you can order food from grab. laundry service is not cheap. rooms are spacious. had a bit difficulty in tiolet flush. Overall nice average stay here. we were 4 people. Cleaning person comes every day. very small and limited breakfast.
