Great location & great product. The room is spacious and functional, well thought-out design. Decent breakfast and have a very nice pool. Good option if you get tired of the typical St Regis/Kempinski. Kudos to the housekeeping team, room's tidiness is so point, definitely delivering that Japanese hospitality service. Looking forward to coming back!

This is an amazing Japanese hotel, with high ceilings and rooms have lots of space. Top notch standard hotel with so much to offer.... my god, just speechless. The staff just super efficient as you are in Japan. The breakfast has Japanese style and International style, both excellent. Personally I would go International everyday if I have chance to stay...

If I were to sum up my experience at the Okura, I'd say this was the top experience in Bangkok. Let me break it down into chapters. Location: located 30 seconds away from the Ploenchit BTS station. You don't even have to step outside to get to the metro stop - you could get there through the adjoining shopping center....

We stayed here as the first stop for our honeymoon -- we were very happy with the quality of the room, view, shower, robes, etc. The guys downstairs were wonderful at getting us where we needed to go, whether that meant calling a taxi for us, giving us directions, or helping us to use public transport. We were so jet-lagged...

I have stayed in many hotels across the globe but this one is outstanding! I spotted it last year in an inroom catalogue whilst staying in the Majestic in KL. Good service and friendly staff, which is helpful and trying their very best to assist us during the stay. Their lobby is at 24/F (minor inconvenience), but it apparently has nicer view because of it. Very pleasant stay and good memory in Thai!
