My first impression was not that great. Going up to the elevator, noticed how dirty the floor was. My room was satisfactory and was just happy to finally get into bed after long day of travel. But then I noticed my first crawling critter and the second night also. That being said, the bed was great, housekeeping excellent. Internet slow...

I have just spent 2 nights in the hotel after a long break, the standard of the hotel and rooms remains very good value for money for someone who wants to stay in Sukhumwit Soi 33, Phrom Pong area. My only reservation, would be the standard of the buffets has gone down over the years, though, this is no a...

Maybe I was handled by a rainee Staff or what so ever but untill the words "Is there any problem?" coming out from me...

As someone having to go to Bangkok on business frequently, staying in hotels is no fun, and I'm probably a bit more critical than the average holidaymaker. However this hotel has no flaw, really. It is in the centre of the Sukhumvit business district, the MRT station is 4' walking distance, Villa Supermarket (the best in town) 2 minutes. Rooms...

We stayed here for 3 separate nights while traveling throughout Thailand. The service was very impressive for the cost of the room. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. I gave 3 stars for location because some people may think its far from the tourist attractions, even tough I love being on Sukhumvit and using the BTS to get around....

Booked well in advance and got a great deal - the place was right in the hub of many bars and close to a shopping centre called Emporium. Skytrain was there too. The room - a junior suite was lovely and the staff were most helpful

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
