The service and accommodation provided to me during my recent stay at JW Marriott Bangkok were exceptional. I have celiac disease, which requires me to eat a gluten-free diet, and I was impressed with the effort and attention to detail that the staff demonstrated in meeting my dietary needs. From the moment I arrived, the team was attentive and responsive to my requests, and they went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The lounge staff worked with me every morning and evening to provide delicious and safe gluten-free meals, and the waitstaff were knowledgeable and accommodating about the gluten-free options available at the lounge and BBCO restaurant. I truly appreciated the care and consideration the staff showed throughout my stay. Anyone who has dietary needs, specially anyone who has celiac disease, this is a great hotel to stay in Bangkok given that there aren’t many gluten free options and places in the city. …
The hotel is physically attractive and serene upon entering. Staff are unfailingly gracious and attentive. Location is near all manner of public transit, restaurants, shopping, etc. So far five trips to both airports have been quick and efficient. The Executive Lounge staff have been just wonderful during the seven days of this visit. The food has been delicious, varied, and plentiful (thank you Chef), and the staff, including Fai, Nok, Mayyy, Bank, Nan, Jay, Da, and others have treated us like family (the good kind!) When the ladies got the impression that I wasn’t feeling well, they and Maid Mai left a fruit plate with a lovely ‘feel better soon’ note. Needless to say, things like this put them in the “over and above” class in hospitality and customer service. My wife had a two day business event with this hotel as the venue, and we looked forward to it because we’d stayed here before. It’s hard for me to imagine staying anywhere else in Bangkok unless business requires it.…
Brilliant location, close to halaal food. Very clean and neat. Good breakfast as well. Spa was clean and very nice. Staff were helpful and on point. Exec lounge a little dated and variety is small. Breakfast at main restaurant far superior. Would definitely return
After 3 years, the quality of the hotel is still at it's best. The staff is amazing, from my housekeeper, K'Amonrat, who keeps my room in pristine condition, to the lounge staff, like K'Tukta, who are amazing at what they do. Kudos and keep up the excellent job.
My job carries me to Bangkok very often so it is always important for me to search for my “Home away from home” and in the past I used to stay at The St. Regis Bangkok for that. But since the merge of SPG, St. Regis BKK changed too much in a negative away and even worse when Covid came so I had to find a new home. Enters JW Marriott Bangkok. I can’t say enough about how excellent this hotel is. The staffs are very attentive, and what I like the most is the fact that they pay attention to their guests. Throughout 2022, I moved all my business travel and leisure visits to JW Marriott Bangkok and all of them were filled with great experiences. There was one time I got sick during the stay from gastroenteritis, they even helped me to get to the hospital and del with my belongings with care until I returned after an overnight stay at the hospital. This shows how much they care and I appreciate that very much. My only advice for the hotel is to keep up the good work. You all have been doing excellently and I hope to see you even more in 2023…
Thank you to all the staff at JW Marriott I always got a nice experience of my stay especially Michella from front desk, Nan and Executive Lounge Team, all of them are the best. I recommend this hotel for everyone
I stayed here for one night. I have stayed here many times over the years and always enjoyed it. It was great to return after Covid and see that the standards have not slipped. Check in was efficient and I was in my room in no time. The room was lovely, not massive, but it had everything I needed and had some really gorgeous furnishings. I particularly liked how efficient the aircon was and the fact it was on when I arrived in the room. I had the opportunity to use the sauna and steam room, which was upto the normal high standards and is a great place to relax and destress. This place is not cheap but is worth it, in my view. Recommended.
Good services with knowing my preference of stay. Room and check in experience are smooth. However in cocktail session of executive lounge, the canapés, dishes are a bit downgraded as last time I recalled we have thai fish, sushi which are all replaced mostly by Indian food this time. Look forward for improvement next time.
Rate wise I won't give 3 out of 5. very cozy room. as twin sharing beds are very small. the toilet is very compact. the commode is so tight to sit I don't know how they adjusted it there. with the same price, I had better rooms with good location. Very less options for breakfast for Muslims, whereas I think more than 55% of customers were Muslims. And also I just visited HUA HIN Marriott, they were far far better rooms. other than that location is excellent and the staffs are great. I think as J W Marriott, my expectation was a little high. for business or solo it's a great choice. but for family, it's not so good.
Chef Jaruporn in Executive lounge is very smart and serving specialised dishes for individual choice. She remembered guest's taste and recommends relevant dishes. In extended way she is customizing availble dishes for guest's choice. great service. Thanks a lot Miss Jaruporn.
