Although I've read that people disliked the location of this - excellent - hotel, we found the location one of the greater assets of the hotel. It is located in the middle of an area in which there are markets, food stalls and (back)streets to walk. Rooms are clean and spacious, the pool is good, staff is friendly and the...

Amazing hotel in terms of service. Right in the heart of the town. Close to old Town as well as areas like the Siam Paragon and MBK Mall. Breakfast spread was very good and courteous staff. I would stay there again. We were 2 adults and 2 children and we had a spacious room by Bangkok standards with nice city...

Firstly rooms are ok and facilities in the room are good but the worst part is the toilet room is very basic. It's doesn't have a bum gun, shower hose is of very bad quality and looks very old design. Few staffs at the counter are friendly but some are so rude that one of them was even shouting as...

We stayed here just one night for a wedding. Nothing fancy but good value and handy for Central Bangkok sightseeing. The 24 hour cafe is a nice touch, as we got back from the wedding late still hungry :-) Nice big rooms, very clean, very comfortable. Has a nice pool too.

This hotel was the nominated starting point for our tour of Laos and Cambodia. The rooms are of a good standard, but the wifi is somewhat unreliable. The pool is nice and the gardens are well maintained. Breakfast is quite good and the wait staff are helpful. The only real criticism is the hotel's location; it can be a little...

Exceptional haven away from the bangkok traffic. Pool is really nice, also has a small gym area and a rooftop area where you can get a nice view of bangkok and a temple. Rooms were really clean, staff friendly and helpful, especially the door men and tourist counter outside who will call you taxis, and can organise day trips for...

The staff was very friendly, room was quite big and seemed clean although after being in the room for an hour we noticed 2 cockroaches already! Then in the evening another one appeared which is a shame as this is a really nice hotel in decent location.

The guests in the Royal Princess are mainly tourists though the hotel also frequently has groups of business people for meetings, seminars and lunches. The hotel offers everything you may expect/want. Big clean rooms with TV, coffee and tea machine, bathroom with big towels (every day a clean one), hairdryer and excellent beds and pillows, a swimming pool and work...

The hotel room was very clean with a lovely view from the window. The breakfast had a great variety however it was a little cold. The only issue was the Internet. You have to sign on, it often kicks you off and you have to remember to sign in, as well as sign in at every level you stop at....

This is a very pleasant hotel but the location is a bit isolated. It is near the UN Conference Center which is why I stayed there and I strongly recommend it for that purpose. You can walk to the Conference Center and not have to fight Bangkok traffic. The restaurants at the hotel are good but options outside are limited....
