Great service staff and a big gym. Front desk staff are prompt and friendly, and remember my previous visits. Their Premier room is spacious and clean. SHA Plus. Good location, walking distant to local food street, great massage and The Street Ratchada and Big C Extra. MRT station Huai Khwang is just a minute walk from the hotel.

Enjoyable stay here as there were so many restaurants in the hotel. Room was really clean and comfortable. - The swimming pool was excellent clean and plenty of space. -All staffs were superb friendly especially Meow she helped us a lots.

Attentive staff and clean room. The executive lounge was really awesome. Sushi and sashim at Takumi was good but the katsu was abit too dry. However ALL membership Customer service is a disgrace and frustrating to deal with and spoils the name of such a great hotel

Arrived at 2 am. Very nice greeting. They upgraded us from Executive level room to suite. Suite is a bit of stretch, but still nice. 18 floor. Only critical aspect of room was lighting situation, where to turn them on and the plugs didn't always hold the adapter. Otherwise, free water and coffee, toothbrush, etc. Cleaned spotless. People are so nice here. Always greeting you and asking how was our stay. Appeared to cater to Asian clientle verse European/American. OK with us, although many employees didn't speak English, but I dont speak Thai, so my problem. Access to Executive lounge on 21st floor. Free drink and food from 530-730 pm. Catered to us, so nice, everyone was awesome. I wish I got their nmaes. Big shoutout to them. Neerapha Wongnikorn, Director of Food & Beverage would come up to us often and ask about our stay. Wonderful lady. Also, the breakfast buffet was awesome. Included in price. I would pay extra for it. Really great hotel and on the MRT blue line, 5 minute walk from hotel. You can walk to THE STREET RATCHADA, which had a night market and shopping center. 10 minute walk away. Really great location and hotel experience. …

We stayed for a week and really enjoyed our stay. The room is not the most up to date, but very quiet, spacious and comfortable. Staff were all great and very responsive to requests and the breakfast area and food were enjoyable; even for a week. We chose the location for east access to MRT (2 minute walk) and access to Yanhee Hospital, where we were getting services, as it’s also on the Blue line MRT across the river. Pool area (nice salt pool) was ok, but a little soulless, but it did appear they were working on upgrades, and gym was very large, however lacked mats and areas that my wife one could feel comfortable in away from men in weight area.

I normally stay at this hotel once or twice a year and every time I am there, I am astonished about the excellent service I get. The rooms are spacious, very well maintained and clean. I had a junior suite with a separate bedroom, which was perfectly furnished. I appreciated also the Nespresso coffee machine and the excellent maid service every day. As you book a suite or an executive room there is the possibility to use the lounge. So for me the big plus here is the lounge on floor 21, which means a lot of privacy and delicious food and drinks etc. On December 2022, when I was there, the lounge was not yet opened for breakfast because of corona, what I missed strongly. It is a big difference to have breakfast in a quite environment, instead of the very busy and sometimes noisy restaurant bistro 204 on floor 1. I also used regularly the gym on floor 5 and I am very positive about it. The cleaness and large selection of the training machines makes it easy to enjoy the time there. Check it out to support your health. Beside all of this I have to mention especially all the people who work there. Every day I was serviced like a king from the following people I had contact with: SOMMON, FUTURE and MON (lounge), WEE (bistro 24), M, AUT, RAM and ZEN (bartender), ANN (Dely Swiss) and KENG (gym). Check-in was easy and we go a nice, modernised room. Bathroom not updated but perfectly ok. Executive lounge is particularly nice. Would benefit from updating but everything is in good condition, and the lounge manager and her team provide friendly and attentive service. Evening cocktails and buffet are excellent (better than some other 5 Star hotels in Bangkok that I've stayed in). Unfortunately, the lounge is not open for breakfast but the main restaurant offers good environment. The quality and choice of the breakfast offering is good. Everything is self-service, so be prepared to get your own hot drinks. We had lunch at the Deli. There was a good menue and the Thai food we ordered was excellent. All-in-all, a great stay. Been to this hotel three times and I’m very happy to go back.…

Stayed here for one night as a stopover, huge room, comfy bed, very quiet, service was great, aircon was good. We didn’t have breakfast. The hotel isn’t far to the airport. Local shops & markets very close. The hotel has been refurbished a few years ago. All of the staff provided a high level of customer service.
