Incredibly lucky to have found Chatrium Sathon! The GM is very very approachable and would check in with guests in the morning. Christina and her team are very competent during breakfast and the everyone tries their best to deliver, thank you so much for an enjoyable stay!
Chatrium Residence Sathon is a sea of happiness with most polite and hardworking staff I had ever seen. few people at reception handle hundreds of people everyday with a wide smile and politeness. its not an easy task when everyone is asking for upmost attention but they do their best. Miss Preawpan- Miss Suchada-Miss Vijitra - Mr Nivit- Mr Lanna and everyone else on reception are very kind and helpful. I can write few pages of their kindness and dedication towards their work. Mr SO - Mr Rut and all their colleagues at door are very careful and helpful to give upmost care to luggage and finding taxis. I have never seen them upset no matter how difficult is the client. I would like to add Miss mayavee and all the accounting staff for their punctuality. The Hotel is so clean that you can't find a tip of finger on the door glass because there are three people working around the clock to clean glasses. Breakfast is so delicious that one can overeat and take a morning siesta next to the beautiful pool. all the staff speak fairly good English. The garden in front of hotel and on 4th floor is like wonderland. I also appreciate two gentleman with whom I never talked but see them around the hotel. first one is a neatly dressed tall and fit Caucasian looking gentleman who is super polite and take notice of every small details maybe its putting the fork and knife in the right position or arranging table if its not in right angle. he also have this polite smile on his face which make you feel happy early in the morning. second one is a Gardner who wear straw hat and always busy watering garden..removing weeds and making sure that every single plant and tree got his upmost attention. Our stay started off with a very slow check-in process. The receptionist had very limited English. When asked what was happening, she did not respond. Not the best start to our stay. Then the room had water dripping to the floor (air-con leakage), to add to our annoyance. The swimming pool featured two curvy bridges. Unfortunately, it was slippery towards the bottom of the bridge (though the water was hardly noticeable) and both our child and the adult fell whilst walking down which led to great, excrutiating pain. The manager on duty (Mr. Y.) was very eager to find out what happened, when in fact he should have stopped the bleeding first. Literally had to cry out for first aid before anyone had the common sense to attend to what happened. Another manager (Praewpan) then became the contact person. We found her insensitive to the situation. She was eager to escalate the matter to the General Manager when in fact things could have been resolved without troubling senior management. We found Praewpan unhelpful. To be fair, the General Manager was very professional and tried to resolve matters. We wish to acknowledge the effort which the General Manager made in settling the matter. Nonetheless, the attitudes / inexperience of the other managers in Chatrium cannot be forgotten. We obtained a general apology from the General Manager, but no apologies from the actual managers whom we had to deal with during the stay. We simply wish to state the facts here, and to give a fair and objective view for those who are considering to stay in Chatrium. We also hope and trust that Chatrium will take on board the criticism and feedback, to avoid similar things happening to its future guests.…
I spend my Christmas and New year 2023 in this fabulous place, Chatrium Sathorn . I been a regular visitor to Chatrium Sathorn for the past year. From the front desk to the restaurant, albricias and to the gym , the staff are always willing to help you and give you the warm thai smiles. I like the ambience at the 4th floor where the design of the swimming pool is surrounded by trees and plants. You feel that you are being in a resort . And most of the staff speak english as well. We ended up in this hotel due to some friends recomandation …. But please don’t come here . We are here for 6 nights . This beeing my second day. But trust me it is teribble. At the most a 3* hotel. The room is okysh. But the rest …. Staff doesent speak english. Everything closes at 9pm. Pool again is ok but beeing hidden between the buildings there is no sun (mabye till 2pm). This area is not the real turisty Bangkok. Is like a resideantial area. Fell free to ask me any other questions .
Really nice place to stay. The staff were kind and helpful. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The pool area is large, and the poolside bar had great churros. The place is a huge complex, so things can be a bit confusing. The on-site restaurant was really delicious.
We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite for 3 nights. Great spacious rooms, very nice beds, nice furniture, homie-feel, good housekeeping. Attentive, kind and helpful staff. Nice clean poolarea. Big selection at breakfast - both thai and continental. We were not to keen on the food at lunch and dinner - but that was in general for the places we dined in Bangkok - so that properbly does not say much. We were very happy with our stay here - many thanks to the staff 🙏🏻
I visited in September for a night. The room was nice and comfortable. We got the upgrade from 1 bedroom to 2 bedrooms suite. I think because they want to compensate the loud noise from maintainance that was going on almost throughout the day. The electricity was cut, lift was not for use. I was thinking of escaping to spa but there’s no electricity there either.
I was not placed in the room category i booked and it took a lot of complaining to be finally moved. Khun Pom, the front office manager went out of her way to make me miserable. The Chatrium Riverside is a much nicer hotel and a much better value.
Being back after long time😁the staff, especially Khun Preaawpan at the front desk is very special all time 👍👍👍 The rooms very clean and very nice decorated👍👍 the pool area very comfortable and clean👍👍the breakfast is more than enough and very good in Everything
