We have been staying in Anantara countless of times, and the service that we've received over the years has been one of the reasons why we kept coming back - special thanks to the Kasara Lounge team and the Concierge desk, who always go out of their way to help with even the most obscure of requests (I don't believe any other hotel Concierge anywhere in the world would be ringing up all major department stores and malls in the city, out of their own volition, just to hunt down a particular jewellery box that the guest is looking for). Whenever we had to make an early start of the day before breakfast time, a packed breakfast would always be prepared for us to take with us without any fuss.
Apart from the exemplary service, the hotel's location is ideal - right next to a BTS station, and within walking distance to multiple major malls. It's also easy to get a Grab from. Breakfast at both the courtyard and the Lounge was always top notch. Evening drinks and canapes at the Lounge offer fantastic value, and the crew there can't do enough for you, and would even remember your drinks of choice. As for the rooms, apart from the fact that they are getting a bit tired, offer extremely comfy beds, luxurious bedding (which I'm already missing), and efficient hot showers.
Now areas for improvement - it's been clear to many for many years that guest rooms and the pool area need a refresh. Once that's been done it would be 5 stars from me rather than 4. The construction noise around the hotel (out of the hotel's control of course) also has been going on for quite a few years now - it can get loud round the pool area although not audible from the rooms that we've stayed in.
There's something very special about this hotel, mainly down to the service that they offer, and that's why we kept choosing Anantara over the many, many newer, flashier hotels at a similar price point. Keep up the good work team!

This was my second stay at Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel. Most, if not all, guests appeared to be foreigners.
The hotel lobby was still decorated in a festive theme during my visit. It was beautifully adorned with a large Christmas tree, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere.
This time, I booked a Premier Room on a Room Only basis. I must commend the Front Office team for their exceptional service. I was immediately recognized as a Titanium member upon check-in. The FO staff escorted me to complete the check-in process at the Kasara Executive Lounge, where I was attended to by Khun Mo, who thoroughly explained all the membership benefits.
For this stay, the Titanium benefits I received included:
• Early check-in at 1:00 PM upon arrival and late check-out at 4:00 PM. • A double room upgrade to a Garden Terrace Room. I felt incredibly lucky as this room type is quite limited. Additionally, the hotel generously provided me with a room upgrade that included Club Lounge benefits. • Welcome amenities comprising a fruit plate and a chocolate bar.
The room, located on the 2nd floor, required a short walk past the swimming pool. The room was stunning, extremely clean, and spacious, featuring a walk-in closet, a bathtub, and complete amenities. It even allowed direct access to the garden, although one should be cautious of insects or mosquitoes entering the room. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning was cold, the water pressure was strong, and hot water was instantly available. The wooden blinds effectively blocked out light entirely.
At the Kasara Executive Lounge, there was an Afternoon Tea set served from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, which was delicious and refillable. From 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, pre-dinner canapés were available. The food was not only delicious but also diverse.
For dinner, I dined at the hotel’s Latin American restaurant, Guilty. The food was excellent, made from high-quality ingredients, with generous portions. The ambiance was lovely, the music enjoyable, and the service impeccable. The staff provided attentive service throughout the evening, even as late as nearly midnight. I had initially planned to visit Aqua Bar afterward, but the strong smell of cigarettes deterred me.
For breakfast, I dined at Parichart Court. I must say that their breakfast is among the best in Bangkok. The buffet spread was impressive, offering a variety of international cuisines with high-quality, delicious food. The service from the restaurant staff was prompt and flawless.
The Health Club was well-equipped with high-quality fitness equipment suitable for serious workouts. They even have a squash court.
The check-out process was quick and seamless. I accidentally broke a drinking glass, but the Front Office staff did not charge me for it. They even inquired whether I had been injured, which was very thoughtful.
The only downside of this hotel is that all the restaurants surrounding Parichart Court are consistently affected by the smell of cigarette smoke. This is due to the hotel’s policy allowing smoking in the open-air court area. Guests planning to stay here may need to be prepared for this. During the evening, the cigarette smell can even reach the lobby, underground parking, and Shintaro. Additionally, the smoke somehow made its way to the Kasara Executive Lounge, possibly through the air conditioning system. This was especially noticeable during the pre-dinner canapé service. I invited Khun Gift, the Duty Manager on that day, to join me at the Club Lounge to confirm the presence of the cigarette smell (which was not from guests carrying the odor).
Over the past four years, I have frequently utilized various services at this hotel, including dining at their restaurants, visiting the barbershop, and enjoying the spa. I’ve dined at nearly all their restaurants except for Biscotti. Every time, I have provided feedback about the issue with cigarette smoke and proposed potential solutions. However, the hotel has not yet addressed this issue. I provided the same feedback during this stay and expect no change yet again.
I remain puzzled as to why other hotels in the same tier do not have such a prominent cigarette smoke issue. I also deeply sympathize with the hotel staff, who must face unavoidable secondhand smoke exposure daily.
Nevertheless, this hotel remains one of the best city-center accommodations. It performs exceptionally well under the Anantara brand, situated in an excellent location with comprehensive facilities, diverse and high-quality dining options, and outstanding service-minded staff.
I hope to have the opportunity to visit this hotel again in the future and look forward to seeing improvements made to address the aforementioned issues.

This is a fabulous hotel. We stayed 6 nights whilst exploring the city and it was a perfect base. It’s beautifully decorated and feels very luxurious. We received a lovely welcome and were very well looked after during our stay. It was top notch service from luggage to dining. Our room was large, comfy and very quiet, on floor 8, looking out into the golf course. Each night our bed was turned down with a flower, water and slippers laid out which was a lovely touch. It’s in an excellent location, the BTS stop is a 2 minute walk away. the BTS is easy to navigate, cheap and a lot quicker than taxis. One stop and you are in Siam which is full of restaurants and shops. The pool area was great with plenty of sun beds and towels. Breakfast was the best we have ever had, we enjoyed an incredible choice of dishes from truffle eggs Benedict to smoked sea bass and ate overlooking the koi pond. We booked direct with the hotel and got a better price. 100% recommended, superb hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Centrally located and walking distance to the shopping malls and tourist attractions.
Great concierge team, Eak and colleagues seamlessly coordinated the airport transfers, free wi-fi and complimentary snacks and drinks are offered in the vehicles. The hotel representative who met me upon departure graciously took me through luggage check-in and directed me to the passport control gates. This saved me quite some time running around the airport.
The house keeping team were very thoughtful and neatly organized the room.
Also highly commend Waan, the hostess at Guilty Restaurant, who was very warm and gladly recommended the weekend market for our shopping experience. The food at the restaurants is also so fresh! I especially enjoyed the coconut ice cream which was a first for me.
Generally, the staff at the hotel are so kind. Highly recommend the hotel when visiting Bangkok.

Good service and attentive staff - although some of them don't speak English well
For those using foreign credit cards, to avoid the 2% - 3% spread, it is best to carry the foreign currency in cash and convert this to Thai baht at a branch of GREEN Superrich, which is in most malls - and use this at the hotel or when shopping
There is no snacks shop for crisps, biscuits, drinks, etc in the hotel, but you can get these at the malls - or, if at night, at a 7-11 store about 10 minutes walk away
We stayed at the Garden Terrace room - next to the swimming pool, which is slightly heated as there is no natural sunlight heating on the pool.
Excellent choice of room even though it is more expensive than the standard rooms as it includes private lounge access
Lounge access provides free a la carte meals or a limited buffet. Alcohol drinks during happy hours
Breakfast in the lobby area has a greater buffet variety than the lounge. Service and food in the breakfast area are superb
No electric switches near bedside tables - inconvenient to switch off all lights at night
No grabrails in the entire bathroom. The clothes drying line is hidden in the bathtub area
Insufficient room lights
All in all, a great choice

Dear, this is not the first time I have chosen the Anantara hotel chain, as I have always received positive emotions, but not this time. Having arrived at the hotel by taxi and getting out, no one offered me help... even though the distance from the drop-off point to the reception desk is about 70 meters. Not noticing a person with a height of 1.90 cm with a large suitcase, a 40-liter backpack and a paper bag in his hands is quite a difficult task 😉 The hotel is not new and you can’t count on modern style.... it’s a classic, the hotel is more for a business trip than for a tourist who comes from the sea and does not have at his disposal a suit or a set of casual clothes, just like any visit to a restaurant or lounge has its own dress code.... - The rooms are spacious and voluminous with a high ceiling. - The bed is comfortable and large, the linen is clean and pleasant - The shower room is large and has everything you need for hygiene, but there is one nuance.... the water pressure is very weak and to take a shower, you need to wait 2-3 minutes for the hot water to come 😔 -I didn’t use the hotel restaurants....I visited the lounge area once (a bonus upon check-in if you have a partnership in their loyalty program at least paid), but there I felt unneeded 😁 I also visited a coffee shop, they make wonderful breakfasts and have their own pastries.... I really liked it ☺️ - Housekeeping service. They radiated the greatest positivity and it was always a pleasure to smile at them and say hello on the way to the elevator. In general, given my dull stay at this hotel, the manager suggested that I brighten up my time with a bottle of Prosecco and fruit, to which I kindly agreed and we agreed on 20:00.... in the end, all this joy was brought only at 20:22... ..they didn’t even call and didn’t warn that they would be late.... as a result, I decided with full confidence that they had forgotten about me again, as it had happened more than once😁 I had already started to get used to it.... Of course I refused their kind gesture, apologized and gave away the chocolate for their efforts. I left this hotel with a smile on my face that this torment was over... the hotel did not accept me at all. This is my first negative experience in many years. I don’t think I’ll come back to this hotel again....I might even have to change the loyalty program to something else.... I was so uncomfortable that I want to completely change the loyalty program 😔

We arrived at the Siam Anantara hotel after a long journey from London. As soon as we arrived we were welcomed into the Kasara Lounge and received a fast check in and afternoon tea which was so welcoming. The Butler team, especially Rocky has exceeded all our expectations and is a credit to the Anantara group. Rocky has provided such an excellent service providing information, offering his assistance at all times and genuinely so interesting to speak to. We were treated like family with the utmost respect. The hotel is beautiful and filled with the most fragrant flowers and scents. Exceptional service from housekeeping throughout the day, with turn down service, water on the bedside table and slippers positioned by the bedside...such attention to detail which we have never received at any of the hotels we have stayed at around the World. We will be sad to leave this luxury hotel but hope that one day we will have an opportunity to return.Thank you Anantara!

Anantara Siam Bangkok truly stands out as a refined retreat in the heart of the city. Situated in a prime location near Lumpini Park and between the vibrant districts of Silom and Sukhumvit, it offers the perfect blend of serenity and convenience. With two BTS stations nearby, navigating Bangkok is effortless. Whether you're exploring attractions, shopping, dining, or enjoying a peaceful jog in Lumpini Park, everything is just steps away. The hotel feels like a hidden sanctuary amid the city's hustle and bustle, seamlessly combining timeless elegance with world-class service. Fitness enthusiasts like myself will appreciate the well-maintained gym and inviting pool, while the fast internet and versatile workspaces make it a great choice for productivity. The dining options are simply exceptional, with the Sunday Brunch deserving special praise—arguably the best in Bangkok. The lavish spread, featuring seafood, foie gras, caviar, and more, offers a truly luxurious culinary experience.
This was my third stay this year, I hope to visit again in 2025.
The Kasara Lounge team—Jason, Rocky, Ohm, Jatin, Aom, Anand, Lyn, Kate, Mo, Bam, and Nae—provided an unparalleled level of service, making my stay unforgettable. Their attentiveness and warmth set a new benchmark for hospitality. A heartfelt thanks also goes to the poolside staff for their impeccable care and attention to detail. In summary, Anantara Siam consistently exceeds expectations with its prime location, outstanding facilities, exceptional service, and unmatched dining experiences. It’s always a joy to return to this elegant haven. Highly recommended!

My wife and I stayed at the Anantara Siam for 5 nights starting aug 15. We have frequented this hotel many times in the past and it is our favorite for the following reasons:
1. Location is ideal.....1 minute walk to Ratchadamri Station to catch the BTS (skytrain).....a short walk on the elevated walkway to various premium malls including Central World and Paragon. 2. Service is excellent....we always take the flight that arrives into Bangkok at 6.30am so normally arrive at the hotel around 8.30am and we have always been given a room straight away or on some occasions after a short wait of an hour or so. 3. The Breakfast Buffet is the best we have experienced anywhere in the world and a special mention for Ma Meau and Mind in the breakfast service team who provide excellent personal attention and service.

We booked a club room and also a siam suite and i cannot tell you how great spacious both rooms are. The siam suite was huge with a walking closet, huge bathtub, double sinks and separate seating area. The club lounge was a calm oasis where you could have a drink or tea after a busy day in the city. The service was unmatched, everyone we encounter was so nice and ready to help. Nothing was too much, any request was granted right away.
Housekeeping did AN AMAZING job everyday, loved our ladies :) they always made sure to leave a treat, extra coffee capsules when they saw i loved the coffee, i mentioned a loved the soap, next day, there were 3 of them for me to take home. And they left the room spotless, all clothes hanged or folded, all toiletries arraged like i was home.
Breakfast, omg, amaze balls! young coconuts, several cuisines, live stations, it was really a treat every morning.
Our check out was early in the morning, they made sure to arrange the best cost effective transport for us to Hua Hin, and gave us delicious breakfast boxes on the go.
The hotel is close to everything, but still in a quieter area of Siam. Unbeatable location :)

The pool terrace is open from 7am to 8pm daily.
For adjoining rooms, guess you can request during booking and follow up by an email follow up.
This hotel is renowned for this customer service; this I think they will do whatever they can to grant your requests.
Even for early check-in and shower facilities use, I believe they will allow it.
Can’t give a definitive answer but I suspect they’ve been updating the rooms on a regular basis. The premier rooms have many fittings and furniture pieces that appear to be very new. So you will get a mix of new and slightly older fittings and furnishings. Not a serious issue though. While the rooms may not come across as modern, they definitely feel clean and sharp. A relaxed luxury vibe is what they give off.
There are more places to choose from in the Bangkok area.
