My God! What an amazing hotel. The complete experience is amazing. From the moment you get into the hotel to the check out, everything is flawless. The check in, the concierge and all the team at the terrace, spa, everyone is amazing! The room were beautiful, the bathroom is massive! Location is great, in front of the river and that...

This hotel is why you stay at a Peninsula Hotel. Wonderful staff, airport pickup in a BMW. Great food especially at breakfast. Easy river transportation is accomplished with the hotels restored rice barges to locations across the river to pickup the river boats up to the Grand Palace and other sights. Also, to the city train station to make that...

Really great location right on the river - you have both sunrise view and for sunset the city with its lights. Pool is a great cool down experience with poolside drinks. Fast is excellent and the staff can't be outdone.Great room - a classic with separate changing parlor. Don't miss the elephant store!

As an American, you do not see this kind of luxury for $200 a night. We were stunned from the moment we arrived at the hotel entrance. Everything is top quality, including service (service was a constant everywhere in Thailand). Our room (river view) was huge and provided an absolutely stunning view of the city skyline and Chao Phraya river....

This is the most wonderful hotel I have ever stayed at, gracious and welcoming in every way. Our room was serene and cool, with huge windows to view the Chao Phraya River and the lights of the city. There is always something going on along the river, and it is an endless source of entertainment. There are several good restaurants...

From arrival to departure everything was excellent. Pleasant helpful staff, clean, comfortable and spacious rooms, well cooked and varied breakfast. Our room was on a high floor with great views across the river. The river shuttle was available from early to late which gave access to a greater choice of restaurants and bars.

The Peninsula Bangkok is in a class of its own, it is as the title says the pinnacle of perfection. From reception all the way through our stay the treatment you receive from all staff is second to none. After nearly 20 hours of travel the staff at the Peninsula welcomed us with such grace and graciousness. The Thai people emanate kind heats and the were attentive to any requests or questions we had upon arrival and throughout our stay. Service was excellent, from check-in to spa services to the breakfast buffet. The rooms are stunning. ALL rooms have...

The Peninsula is unique in that every room has a wonderful view across the Chao Phraya River. We never got tired enjoying our view. Being a Peninsula Hotel, we received World Class service and food. We especially enjoyed a riverside meal at Thiptara, their Thai restaurant. The hotel has a small fleet of attractive boats that zipped us across the...

Dear SandstoneSprings, It is great to hear that you loved your stay, and I have to say that I agree with you about the view of the river. Even seeing the river and it's flotilla of life meandering by on a daily basis, I still enjoy taking a moment to stop and watch. This aside, thank you for your kind...

This is really a wonderful hotel with unbelievable service which mixes both friendliness and efficiency. The pool area is very good, with comfortable loungers and great service, but it did get a little busy at times. The boat service to the other side of the river is brilliant, and great fun. Our balcony room was large, well furnished and with...

Dear John O, Pool time is quintessential to a stay with us due to the resort-like ambiance of the Hotel. Unfortunately this can make it a little busy by the pool from time-to-time but I do hope you enjoyed taking a dip. Thanks also for the comments about the tea and coffee in our rooms. This is certainly something that...
