The service at the Peninsula Bangkok is second to none. During our stay there, everyone went out of their way to make us feel like we were at home. On arrival we were greeted at the airport by our driver who knew instantly who we were and when we got to the hotel there was staff there already waiting to... More

Stayed with the family in August, did not book via hotel's website and got an up grade to the suite. Room on the 14th floor was large with an amazing view. Can highly recommend the"Junior chef" course for those with children, adults can observe and get to have a glimpse at a professional kitchen at the same time. Only draw... More

It had been about 7 years since I last stayed at the Peninsula and I was a little worried before this last visit that perhaps it had faded over the years. Thankfully the Peninsula is still a world class hotel and an excellent place to stay in Bangkok. To be honest, it is probably why I like visiting Bangkok so... More

The hotel is located on the west side of Chao Praya river, while Bangkok's most activities are located on the east side of the river. But the hotel provides frequent shuttle ferry service from in front of the hotel to the Paphang Taksin BTS station (elevated train), about ten to fifteen minutes time to the station. This is very important... More

We have spent 5 days and four night in this wonderful hotel. Everything is perfect! I truly recommend the breakfast buffet. My 5 year old just love it so much. Has so many fresh fruits and lots of choices. The room is spacious and we were even greeted with some local fruits. The fruits are not superior, but we were... More

I stayed at the Pen around the 1st of May holiday and last year at the same time at the Oriental. Both hotels are really nice with a few differences: - the Pen has nicer rooms, more classic luxury hotel style. The sitting area is comfortable and I love the dressing rooms in the Peninsulas -both have nice pool areas... More

Five luxurious days pampered by friendly and attentive staff. Comfortable, well appointed room with great view of river life. Scrumptious breakfast. Good restaurants. Try the "progressive" dinner with each course at a different restaurant to size each up. Concierge service was top notch. Quaint launch provides almost immediate shuttle service across the river to access to sky train and most... More
