I'm afraid I can't recommend the Windsor to anyone. Whilst I don't have any particular issues with the staff, the building is well below par.
Cobwebs adored the ceiling in the foyer along with water stains on the walls and ceiling. Our room was upgraded...More

I stayed twice in this hotel this year, wondering why this hotel still have such such good reputation. Both stays the staff at reception and breakfast was unfriendly and not caring at all.
Using this hotel since several years: never again!
Stayed for 3 nights and had a very pleasant experience. The location is great at Sukhumvit, Soi 20 - very close to the Asok Skytrain and Metro station. Pool area on 14th floor was great, but the breakfast was badly organized.
had friends who were staying there and moved in for a night, ideally located just off the main Sukhumvit road Found it convenient to get to Emporium and Robinsons malls. the hotel has nice spacious rooms ideal if you are a couple with 2 kids...More
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's
hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.

If taking the airport link,
1. get off at the Makasan Sation
2. Take MRT (subway/underground) to Sukhumvit station
3. Need to cross over path and 10 min walk to Hotel Windsor Sukhumvit soi 18 or Sukhumvit soi 20
