Just passing through Bangkok on the train. The hotel is about one kilometre from the main Hua Lamphong railway station. Hotel has a very impressive foyer area with high chandelier ceilings. Stall were friendly and efficient. Offered us a 2 pm checkout as we arrived in the evening. Room was fine with large comfortable bed. Good buffet breakfast. Only downside...

The hotel was a normal one with big and nice lobby and fortunately they gave us a room on 16 floor which gave us a nice view for Bangkok city and the rooms are pretty ok and clean with nice stuff. But they can work more on breakfast as it is a 4 star hotel and I expected more and...

Friendly staff greeted us at huge lobby area that also housed few stalls selling local products and promotion of mooncakes. Several Night Food stalls available just opposite hotel that serve good local dishes at reasonable prices. Would need a taxi to get to places of interests.

Twin Towers used to be called Sol Twin Towers (older taxi drivers in Bangkok are familiar with the latter name) -- it is quite an old hotel. The rooms are very spacious, and the breakfast is quite good. Most of the guests are mass tourist groups who have transportation taken care for. If you are solo, couple or family guests,...

Stayed here five times now. It is getting a little tired and the cleanliness standards have. Definitely dropped but as far as value for money it still rates well. Easy walk to MBK and surrounding areas.

I stayed here for 2 night. This is a very nice hotel that I've found. This hotel is great, clean and comfortable. All staff are helpful and good English. My room is a twin room. It's large, comfortable and good smell. The beds are really soft and clean. There are available 24 room service. The swimming pool is nice. The...

Disclaimer: I stayed at the same room for 2 days, not consecutive days of the week. When I arrived, there were a few hairs on the toilet seat. Bath tub had brown spots on the bottom, clearly because the housekeeping crew didn't do their job properly. Also, there were fungi or mold, not sure what it was, on the wall....

Our deluxe room was tired, impersonal, and minimally equipped and serviced. The advertised complimentary robes and slippers didn’t exist, along with extra pillows or any cushions. Tea and coffee making facilities were provided but weirdly; I was informed tea, coffee and newspapers are not supplied to the 14th floor rooms. The buffet breakfast at 375 baht pp is extortionate and...
