This hotel is quite beautiful and the staff very friendly for the most part. The location is quite good, too, with a 5 minute walk to the Phayathai BTS Skytrain, where the Airport Link Monorail also terminates/begins. However...I was at an international weeklong meeting there with 700 participants. The food service could barely keep up with the crowd. The food...

Short walk from Phaya Thai, which is the end of the line from the airport. Good rooms, good breakfast. Central, easy to navigate to and from, upper-scale but affordable. Staff were helpful with luggage storage, taxi and like services.

The Sukosol hotel is located near the busy Phayathai arterial road, very close to the Victory monument. It is located at a walking distance from the BTS station offering good connectivity to many places around Bangkok. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and some of the east facing rooms offer an excellent sunrise view over the Phayathai. Dining options are...

I have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at the Sukosol, a family business, 4/5 star hotel but id say 4 really. Excellent services and very friendly staff who are extremely helpful. Very fast and efficient housekeeping and services. Anything you need is never a problem. The gym, spa and pool area are lovely. The garden atrium is just wonderful at...

the reception staff were very robotic and impolite, very unpersonal and unfriendly. the rooms were old fashioned, out dated and smelt fousty. we continuously had bits and pieces going missing from our room such as snacks and drinks, when we reported this to reception saying we felt our belongings were not safe, the staff were rather rude and did nothing...

A truly great hotel should be judged by the best of times as well as the worst of times – and for me, these were the worst of times. Not that it was the Sukosol’s fault – I became ill on the flight over and got sicker in the coming days. Thank God I was staying at the Sukosol, as...

It depends what you want and where you want to be in bangkok. This was a long way from the river and there is nothing around it but it is close to the airport train. The hotel is nice with a lovely room. The cocktail bar was expensive. We like an adventure so this was not for us but it...

Dear woodentom1110, thank you for your nice review. It's correct that we are quite far from Chaophraya River, however we are much closer to the main shopping and entertainment districts, just two stations by BTS. Also Soi Rangnam is within walking distance, where many adventures can be had like trying local street food. We are looking forward to welcoming you...
