This was our second time staying at The Sukosol (formerly Siam City). The hotel is currently under renovation, but the quality of service still remains as good. Having previously visited 4 years ago our holiday needs have somewhat changed (we now have a toddler) and found the space in the room to be quite "tight" with the extra complimentary cot...

This is my first time staying at The Sukosol Hotel (formerly known as Siam City Hotel). It is very affordable and the best part is that it is just outside the busy, crowded and traffic jammed roads of the major shopping districts of Bangkok. This doesn't mean you are far from those places as Phayathai BTS station is a few...

We recently stayed in this hotel and I was apprehensive after reading alot of negative reviews online. However we decided to give it a go due to the proximity to Siam Square and the BTS rail line. I booked the hotel online 3 months prior to travelling however a day before we were due to check in, we were advised...

Good afternoon, Thank you very much indeed for writing - we are trying to find out the time you called the hotel and find out what went wrong with our employee, who clearly needs better training. We are pleased that you did like our offers in the restaurant and do hope you will be back. With all our best wishes...

I stayed in this hotel from Feb 29 to Mar 01,2012.Lobby is spacious.Front desk sonot appear to be efficient.Takes time to make them appreciate what you need. The approach to the room allotted is not very smooth. One needs to approach through the restaurant.Though the bell desk is too willing to serve .I believed in self service for faster check in and...

Spent 6 nights in a family room (2 x Queen beds) with our 2 children. The front counter service was very good and courteous and followed up the check-in well. The room was very nice and functional for the 4 of us and the service was very good and unobtrusive. The location of this hotel is great as you can...

I found this hotel quite comfortable with larger than average room sizes , convenient location near the train station, and therefore giving easy access to shopping and Bangkok city's life. We travelled as a small family and all the staff were very friendly, helpful and kind. Buffet breakfast was included in our 3 night stay and was generous in food...

It was our first time in Bangkok and this hotel was chosen by someone associated with my husband's work. The lobby is impressive and fresh flowers were everywhere. The room was spaceous and clean.
