We spent a single night only in a twin room at this hotel on a return journey from a holiday mostly spent Cambodia. Each of our flights with Bangkok Air were delayed by more than 3 hours (beware!) which meant that on this occasion we didn't reach the hotel til 2am. So it was a great relief to get a...

I had a great time at Siam City Hotel. I was there for four nights on business but since I was staying over a weekend I had a little downtime to enjoy the amenities. The spa was great and they were very good and fitting me in on short notice. The pool was a nice refuge from the hustle and...

We stayed at Siam City in December 2011. It's very well located close to the Skytrain station so you can easily get everywhere. The area around the hotel is not very pretty/interesting, but it's safe enough to walk around at night. The hotel has beautiful common areas (pool and gym especially), the rooms are spacious and comfortable (beds are a...

Good morning ! Thank you ever so much writing - and pointing out the "extra" price structure: We have meanwhile revised our policies and free WI FI is now available in all public areas. Your comment has been extremly valuable and is helping us to improve our services. Many thanks once more !

We stayed here NYE and it was a great find. Very close even for walking to mbk and other malls,in the nicer part of what I consider downtown bangkok. 15 min taxi to palace. The rooms were very nice and of high quality like you'd see in major nicer hotel chains. The staff was generally quite helpful and not bad...

This hotel offers good value. We stayed in a family room which was very large. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The gym had average equipment, but the staff in the gym were very helpful. They helped get weights and put them back after use. We has breakfast in the main resteraunt and dinner a couple of times there....

Good morning ! Thank you so much for writing ! We are aware that children are our future guests and try everything to make them comfortable with us. We received last week two new treadmills, two new eptileptical (crosstrainers) and two new stationary bikes - we have given your compliments on to our staff - particularly the Gym attendants, which...

I stayed in this hotel in December 2011. The location of the hotel is fab as it's next to the skytrain, 100 metres from a food hall and in the Siam district. The Onsite restaurants are great if a bit overpriced as is the spa. Ignore negative reviews, this is a great hotel that was good value for money.

The Siam City is a nice hotel and I suspect very typical of an Asian hotel of its class and standing. We were lucky to have Club Rooms, which gave us membership to the Siam Club on the 21st floor, the benefits of which included, private check-in and check-out (i.e. no need to queue at the front desk), a private...

The hotel room, breakfast, pool and gym are what you expect from a 5* hotel and the price is good. The only drawback is the price of the extra with expensive and therefore empty bars and restaurants. Excellent location and overall enjoyable.

First time at this hotel. We chose it after being dissatisfied with another hotel in BKK and booked the Siam City on agoda last minute and got an amazing deal. I am very satisfied, considering the price we paid! Check-in was smooth and efficient, even though we arrived early. The room in the siam tower is very spacious. Some people...
