Location is not great, around 30 minutes drive from main areas of interest, however hotel offers frequent free shuttle service to downtown (MBK mall). Spacious rooms, not immacutely clean, unconsistant wify signal, poor room service food quality, and fitness center with machines probably acquired from a prehistorical negociant. On the positive side, the pool area offers a tropical urban atmosphere,...

Stayed here for 1 night. Very nice room on the 14th floor, spacious and clean. Great water pressure in the bathroom with clean towels. Would be a challenge if you're looking for halal food near or around this hotel. Location wise not ideal if you're visiting Bangkok but if your just transiting for the night, that's fine.

Well, what can I say! A couple of weeks ago a colleague posts a picture of what seems like worms coming out of the shower head...today, exactly the same( see pic). It's disgraceful and to top it off, no concessions given and a downgrade offered on the room. Frankly, this hotel is really not worth considering...especially given the choice.

Nice hotel with larger older style rooms but very comfortable, hotel itself has numerous restaurants (didn't try any) and seems to be offered to airlines as heaps of hostys around Location was a little weird although next to the expressway on the way to the airport not much else around especially in walking distance anyway so you are at the...

The hotel is very good transfer hotel. Not to far from the BKK airport. Nice four star hotel. However it is starting to have some problems. See below. I did have a problem when been charged for items from the mini bar we did use and then been informed that this was the way they add a tip. I would...

Rooms are still a good value and is convenient to the airport. Restaurant rates are very pricey however. There is nothing to do around the hotel. But like I mentioned it is a very convenient hotel if you are Just in for a night. They also charged me for using items from the fridge , when I brought this to...

Our flight were delayed, so we went to this hotel for 8 hours, and it was the most accommodating staff. We were welcomed by smiling and serviceminded people, who provided anything for us, during our stay. There was a nice atmosphere and it was clearly the staff worked under good conditions, and it has great influence as a guest. I...

Well the hotel is old, the furniture in the room are aged and the architecture is ancient however the things which keep you attached to this hotel are the warm hospitality, the friendly employee and of course the service provided by the hotel. They are very helpful to each and every guest with their ordinary thai salutation. Not only that...

Stayed overnight because we missed our flight and was booked by our airline (Bangkok Airways). Staff were excellent, providing us with food on our arrival even though we didn't arrive until 01.30. Large modern room with all the usual conveniences. Would definitely book if we were staying in Bangkok.

I been into this hotel for a special event, in just few hours of stay I defined this place as a kind of Royalty, up to date facilities and spacious function rooms. The design is dramatically sovereign and contemporarily build. Ideal for business conference and indoor wedding and some other events. Staff were all in high standard level of service,...
