We stayed at the President Park for 3 days in the Maple Tower. This is a huge hotel/apartment complex, with part of the hotel located across the street. If possible stay in the Maple Tower as that is where the breakfast buffet and pool are located. The rooms are very nice, with a kitchenette, clean and the shower actually keeps...

Stayed here for a week at the end of January, not a bad hotel really some more English television channels would be nice but apart from that the room was excellent .the elevators are a bit small only holding roughly four people and at breakfast time there is a very long wait for them. Free tuk tuk to the train...

During our latest visit to Bangkok we stayed 3 days at The President Park Hotel. Our rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff was always ready with a smile and ready to help. The complementary breakfast buffet had many choices both local and western. Definitely will stay there again, if only to enjoy the scent of their lobby/spa again.

This huge combination hotel with serviced apartments is clean and has some good rooms with kitchen facilities. We stayed in a room with two wardrobes, kitchen with hob, washing/drying machine, toaster, microwave and full size refrigerator, flat screen TV, good wifi and a sofa/put-u-up. It was equipped with utensils, plates, bowls, cutlery, etc and was well maintained. However, it took...

Hotel appeared to be based around long term rentals which meant that accomodation was spacious with 2 large bedrooms, large loung and fully facilitated kitchen. Breakfast was buffet style with a reasonable range including both and western and Asian options.Located at the far end of sukhimvit 24 was not ideal though shuttle was provided during the day to drop you...

Great mini suite, for an excellent price. Included a breakfast buffet that was delicious. Short walk to the sky train, or taxis were available just out the door. Spa services were avalable in the building where we were located. Fantastic out door pool area with four pools and a kids playground.

We stayed in property for 3 days in a family of four. We had selected a deluxe suite which had a huge hall along with a separate study area. The property has nothing in terms of luxury as such to offer you but it does take care of the basic comfort and is a good value proposition for around 50$....

My partner and I stayed here for 3 days while he was doing a race in Bangkok. The hotel is definately a 3 star hotel (not 4 star). While the rooms are large, they are very worn, and a little smelly. The couch was quite stinky, Bangkok is a hot place and the couch just smelled like sweat. The shower...

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
